RGPV is one of the largest universities in Madhya Pradesh. It regulates various bodies of universities in MP. The curriculum and reports are maintained by this university. This college is good, but here the level of education is not good from my perspective. They just provide a syllabus which you have to cover and prepare for exam, no additional skills or techniques are taught.

You will get admission very easily with any cutoff or exam. There are no eligibility criteria as such you just provide them with the fee timely. Regular classes are conducted there but they are not interesting because they are just preparing you for a semester exam, nothing else. If you are interested in learning a new skill out of the curriculum, then they will not pay attention to you. Teachers are good but they are not interested in teaching any creativity or helping the students explore their interests.

Every college has good faculty but at some places it is not as good it should be. At UIT – RGPV Bhopal some faculty members are good or average but some are here just to enjoy the salary. Most of the teachers will give study material in the form of PDF or will suggest some reference books for previous years’ question bank. They just focus on the student for good percentage and not focus on quality education at all. I think that providing good knowledge is more important than providing previous year question papers. So as per me, the teaching faculty is just average here.

Yes, placements are available here. Only 20 – 60 students out of the entire batch, those who are above average or really good in studies, take the campus placements. The companies that come do not provide good salary packages. The highest package you can get is 8 LPA and the average package is 4-5 LPA. The worst part is that number of companies that come is very less. Good companies do not come, only small sector companies come.

The hostel is the good thing there. I have never lived in the hostel, but have heard that the facility is good. Cleaning is also done regularly. Water is available all the time. They provide food also at a mess nearby.

A good infrastructure always attract you to choose a college but in my opinion infrastructure can't decide the quality of education provided at a university, like even some of small infrastructure college provide good quality education . If you are an infrastructure lover then obviously this college is a good option for you.

Farewell, Competitions, Extracurricular activities, etc. all are done here. Sports grounds and stages are available and are well-structured for the various fests that are organised. They also charge fees for your sports activities and equipments in college. Supporting staff is good and valuable.
