The Dayananda Sagar College of Engineering is recognized by its standard of education across a wide variety of fields, ranging from pre-university to post-graduate and business management and information technology programs. Department teachers are exceptionally helpful, professional, and qualified. They always try to motivate, encourage and explain all of our doubts. Often conferences and webinars are arranged by the experts of the very helpful industry.

The admission process is really simple in DSCE. Interested applicants can easily apply online with all the information required. DSCE admission is undertaken through common tests performed by national agencies and state agencies such as CET and COMMED-K. It begins every year in March to the 31st of July.

The rigorous academics of DSCE produce university toppers every year. DSCE is well-known for many courses. My love for computer software had inspired me to take up the Software engineering degree at Dayananda Sagar College. The need for computer specialists is rising on a regular basis with the exponential technological progress of MNCs and IT. For those who are fascinated by the programming world, software engineer is an outstanding career choice. The college helped me in shaping my thoughts and understanding of the computers effectively.

I was provided with a perfect platform to build a good career in the IT field by laying a strong foundation concerning knowledge and competence. Students get ample of help and support from the seniors and faculty members. The curriculum might seem suffocating with loads of assignments and projects, but for me, it helped to keep up with the subjects. The college takes up mandatory continuous internal assessment programs to track students’ progress. The strict attendance policy and a vast syllabus may not offer a lot of free time when studying in this college.

The teachers are very helpful and they know each one in the class and they help us in any way we want. The faculties are highly educated. They are just perfect at what they explain and if one follows the teacher and his/her basics are good then he/she will score a proper 9.4 or 9.6 CGPA in all the semesters.

We are taught theoretically in the class and we are also exposed to the fields in different subjects. Overall the education given in this college is good and even the teachers are ready to help anytime.

Maximum students from my batch are placed with awesome packages. Reputed companies visited the campus for recruitment every year. Placement is not an issue in my college. When you pass out from DSCE College, an average salary of five lakhs and above Rupees annually can be earned easily.

The hostel of the Dayananda Sagar College is separate for boys and girls. Our college has four types of hostel: Indian hostel, NRI hostel, Nelson Mandela hostel, Boys hostel, and the new hostel and all of them have spacious rooms. The washrooms are very huge and clean. The staff maintains it and keeps it very neat and clean. You would be motivated by a peaceful environment.

The students staying in the hostel usually get involved in several group studies and group discussions. Usually, like-minded people gather in a DSCE hostel together, and they become very good friends. You will also get hygienic and delicious dishes that you can enjoy at the canteen.

Our college's infrastructure is among the best in Bangalore. Our college offers large classrooms and free Wi-Fi. In each classroom, projectors are mounted. DSCE has one of the city's most stunning campuses. Life at the campus is friendly and fun. Our college has several auditoriums to hold events and collaborative functions. DSCE has three cafeterias. The labs are well maintained and the staffs here are all outstanding.

Coming to the library, it has a huge infrastructure with books of all sorts. We have a large cricket ground, a basketball pitch. The lush greenery soothes your eyes and helps your mind rejuvenate. I still miss the days when we walked on a large campus and loved taking part in numerous events and college fests.

DSCE has the best and largest campus with parks, laboratories, canteens, libraries etc. Students can participate in several programs, cultural activities, athletics, inter-college and intra- college groups. For its huge campus, Dayanand Sagar is very popular. Separate buildings with beautiful infrastructures are available for each course. Our college is filled with greenery everywhere.

Campus life here is fantastic as people are polite and supportive. This institution consists of students from almost every part of the world for technical education.
