REVA University Experience

Overall Rating
The college has quite good infrastructure and other facilities. The reason I joined this college is that it was considerably good college for my rank which was 32,000 and got Electronics and Computer Engineering and which is one of the different courses apart from the traditional courses offered in other colleges. One should join if they want a decent college.
 

Academics Rating
B.Tech in REVA has a huge variety of courses such as Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, Electrical and Computers, CS Core and CSIT, Electronics and Computers, Robotics and Automation, and many more. I chose the Electronics and Computers as it requires a criteria of 12th pass, around 30,000 – 37,000 rank in KCET, and around 2.5 to 3 lakhs if it's University quota. This is quite different compare to other courses offered like ECE and CSE this is combination of both.
 

Faculty Rating
All the faculties in the campus are quite friendly. They are strict in terms of academics and most of them have PhD qualification. Their teaching style differs from each other. All the teachers are always ready to clear any of our doubts and we can approach them at any point of time.
 

Placement Rating
Yes, there is a placement cell at the university. The 3rd and 4th year students are provided placement training courses often and the cell even conducts skill development programs every semester to learn things on the basis of industry standards.
 

Hostel Rating
Hostel is available and rooms are up to the mark. The food is also good and there is also a gym. The hostels have quite a few strict rules that every student has to follow.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Infrastructure is quite good with big ground and many hostels blocks, a block only for library, 3 main blocks for the courses, a block for BBA and MBA, an admin block, some blocks for working staff, etc. Overall there is a good environment with good greenery and its quiet a big campus.
 

Campus Rating
It's a good campus with good facilities except the crowd. There is too much crowd in the college which sometimes it not that good. There are many clubs in the college and the students can participate in them. Fests are also conducted regularly.
