Honest Review on PIET Haryana

Overall Rating
College is very average. Academic fees are very high; they increase fee every year near about Rs 20K every year. When you look for placement, it is very disappointing. College situated at very nice location; its connectivity is very good. I joined in this college on recommendation of my few senior friends.
 

Academics Rating
Academic faculties are good here, but management system of PIET is very bad. To enroll in B.Tech degree, you have to give JEE mains entrance or Haryana state engineering exams, then just register yourself on PIET website or just call on any phone number provided on their website. They will also look for 10th and 12th mark sheet.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculties are good, they well - qualified. Almost every teacher is B.Tech or M.Tech qualified. They are behaving well to students, but the few faculties are very worse. Mostly teachers are local of Haryana. Style of teaching can be good, but many students struggled to understand what they are teaching.
 

Placement Rating
Placement scenario of this college is disappointing, they offer just 2 to 4 LPA package to those students who are from CSE department. They also advertise a highest package of 38 LPA (but this is not true).
 

Hostel Rating
Hostels rooms are well - facilitated, having all facilities from high-speed internet, RO water, canteen shops, to AC rooms.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Infrastructure of PIET is too good; they invested a lot in building their infrastructure. College have near about 11 to 12 buildings, 1 library, 1 open - theatre area, 1 auditorium. All departments building of this college are in same campus area, and all the building have good facilities like labs, idea center, startup cell, etc.
 

Campus Rating
Campus Life in PIET is not exciting, campus area is too mess. You will find a lot of crowds here from the student of Pharmacy, BA, BCA, B.Com, BBA, MCA, and B.Tech. There are 2 actively working clubs in college. College organises 2 fests every year. One is METROS; another one is CARBUNCLE; which is organized in the month of September to October every year.

    I chose Panipat Institute of Engineering & Technology (PIET), because it is a medical and technical College and it is near to me located at Delhi NCR. It is best option for the students who want to do engineering and medical courses from a private college/Institution or University. Its highest package is 45 lakh.     The infrastructure of college is good. Also teachers are also very good, well educated and helpful. Monthly events are organized by the college. Some sports are also available. Hostel and mess are average. My decision behind choosing this college is that I didn't get admission in any another college because of my low percentage.     Panipat Institute of Engineering is one of the best colleges in northern India. It has a good infrastructure as well as supportive and friendly natured faculties who help students in every field.
