International Management Institute (IMI), Kolkata has an infrastructure which enables students to experience a fulfilling educational journey. Along with this, the differently-able students are facilitated with amenities such as ramps, elevators, wheelchairs, etc. so that they are able to access the campus of the Institute easily.
IMI Kolkata is spread across an area of about 2.71 acres and has a built-up area of 26,090 square meters. Additionally, the students are able to access the facilities such as spacious classrooms, library, laboratories, sports, hostels, and several others within the IMI Kolkata campus.
There are over 5 classrooms at the IMI Kolkata campus which are spacious as they can seat about 56 to 70 students. Additionally, they contain a number of equipments such as DLP multimedia projectors, sound systems, dynamic white boards, etc. which aids the Institute to conduct collaborative and engaging lectures. In addition to this, several tutorial rooms at the Institute campus has assisted students to interact and learn with application-based pedagogies.
Apart from this, there are is a seminar hall / lecture hall which can accommodate about 120 students at a time and is utilised for formal events including webinars, panel discussions, group presentations, brainstorming sessions, etc. Along with this, the campus of the Institute has a ‘Dr. R P Goenka Auditorium’ which have a capacity to seat about 240 individuals and the cultural events which are conducted on a large-scale are organised here.
Moreover, a conference hall where 20 students can be accommodated is present within the IMI Kolkata campus.

- Library: The Library and Information Service (LIS) of the Institute is built over 2 floors and contains numerous academic resources for students to gain knowledge in various disciplines. Moreover, the collection of the library includes 4800+ titles, 9550+ volumes, 35+ National & 10 International journals, databases including citation and financial, etc.
Along with this, students are facilitated with various online resources which are 26945+ e-books, e-journals, etc. at the library of the Institute. Furthermore, the library has a reading space which can be accessed by the students anytime in a day. Along with this, the library offers reprographic facilities, it also has projector with multimedia systems to facilitate discussions & presentations.
- Laboratories: The computer lab that is there at the IMI Kolkata campus can accommodate about 90 students and contains fully-updated 80+ computers. Moreover, the computer lab has Wi-Fi connectivity and high-speed colour laser printers through which students can easily document their assignments and significant academic work.
Furthermore, the IMI Kolkata campus has a Bloomberg Finance lab which assists students with crucial knowledge of the financial instruments and along with the same, a Language lab is present which covers an area of about 57.64 square meters.
- Sports: The Institute emphasises on enhancing students’ physical development, so for the same, it has a sports committee along with top-notch sports infrastructure through which students are able to participate and win several tournaments. In addition, there are courts and grounds for outdoor games including Volleyball, Throwball, Basketball, Badminton, Cricket, and Football.
Along with this, students at the campus can engage in several indoor games such as Table Tennis, Carom, Chess, Billiards, and Snooker as there are ample facilities offered for the same within the premises.
- Hostel: Single and double seater rooms with AC & Non-AC options are available within the IMI Kolkata Hostels. In addition, the hostel rooms are equipped with bed, cupboard, study table, chair, etc. to make the living experience more comfortable for the residents. Apart from this, state-of-the-art facilities such as dining halls, mess, indoor games, 24/7 security, gym, etc. are available within the residential area.
- Cafeteria: At the IMI Kolkata campus, over 240 students can be seated within the canteen / cafeteria which facilitates them with delicious treats and snacks along with preferred hot & cold beverages.
- Healthcare Facility: A first-aid cum sick room & medical room which spreads across an area of about 10.26 square meters is present within the premises through which students can access the medical services and assistance.
- Gymnasium: There is a well-equipped gymnasium at the International Management Institute Kolkata campus which have treadmills, weigh training equipments, etc. to aid students enhance their strength and exercise without facing any inconvenience.
