IMI Kolkata Campus: Photos, Virtual Tour

IMI Kolkata campus infrastructure was not just good looking but indeed the best looking in the area which is one of the top localities of the city. The full features of the infrastructure will require at least two more reviews of this size as the campus may not be that huge but had features that one can only be in awe of. The college draws the crowd because of its infrastructure. One just has to see the reception area and the lounge besides that and they will never go without taking admissions here. Infrastructure was superstar as the auditorium had seen many superstars come and give lectures. The café of the campus was on the expensive side but it was still worth it.

Life was fun because I was living amidst a crowd that had so diversity in it. Students from Gujarat, Punjab, and North East among others made the crowd of the university amazing. The college also did their bit in making the life happening by organizing one of the best fests I have ever seen in CONFERO. It was a pan-India level competition as students of many colleges in India were invited for participation at the fest.Read Full Review

The infrastructure of the IMI Kolkata campus is an exemplary of how technology has grown because from automatic doors to high tech elevators, the campus had them all. Just escalators were added to it and it would have looked like an international airport. It was that damn pretty and high tech. The buildings look like a corporate office and the café and the VIP lounge of the campus gave us a feeling of having a high-level meeting at some high-end place. So, the feel of life after becoming a part of the corporate sector was lived inside the campus.

The campus life at IMI was like futuristic because the corporate hours that we spend today, we had to shed that many hours studying or doing projects at IMI. The college boasts some of the best events and one such event was Management fest CONFERO which proved why IIMs are the best because students from IIMs were there and they just swept it at the fest in both the years, in which I was a part of the college.Read Full Review

The cushion of being a large college was missing but the 3 acre campus was the shining light in the shiniest areas of the city. From college buildings to hostel buildings, one just use to stare at our college and say that wish we were a part of IMI. It envied many by its looks and it’s not that only the buildings were impressive. What’s inside it was even more inspiring as the discussion’s rooms, auditoriums, and the financial lab were so realistically developed that one has to leave that with a very heavy heart.

The best part is that most events or the seminars that happened at the college were a part of curriculum. So, it was more of a symbiotic thing between the college and the students as students used to get bored there and the management wanted students to come in numbers so that they can interact with the guest. In return the students who attends most private lectures or seminars was taken care of during the internals. So, the life was great as we did things we didn’t want to and then we also did things that we always wanted to.Read Full Review
