IIIT Kota Campus: Photos, Virtual Tour

The permanent campus has a basic infrastructure where one can sustain. Classrooms are fully air-conditioned with explicit projector facility. It has a Computer Centre (CC) that has over 100+ computer systems having installed latest technologies in them. Apart from this, it has a library, which consists of various kinds of books spanning from Institute academia, competitive exam books to different genre books. The canteen on campus offers decent food if you are looking for variety beyond mess. It lacks sports amenities like cricket grounds, nets, football grounds, basketball courts, and crucial facility of a dispensary or doctor.

Campus life here is something I have really enjoyed so far. The crowd is chill, diverse, and everyone is super helpful (especially seniors). There is a bunch of clubs, and I have been active in 4 of them in total so far, including the Technical Society. From coding to robotics to literary events and music jams, there is something for everyone. The Institute clubs hosts regular events that could be fun or learning-based. As its newly made, infrastructure is beautiful and clean. Indian Institute of Information Technology campus is quite small, not very large. No outdoor sport facilities are provided. We have a single ground. Indoor activities are available along with gym for both hostels. There is a medical van running for students. My favorite part of college is my comforting hostel and that blocks meeting area. These few or minimum facilities do give homely vibes now but it can be improved.

Campus life is good until and unless you are settled. It totally depends on you and the friends you make throughout. There are several active clubs too with their events for all. We have a tech summit and annual fest in our college. Fest culture is yet to be improved and established.Read Full Review

Academics blocks are good infrastructure is good but they are under construction campus size is 100 acres. Classrooms are good as they have ACs and are properly furnished. Library is average as it is quite compact. A canteen and sports facilities are also there. For the medical facilities, we have an emergency clinic.

Overall campus life is average. The institute crowd is not much as there are around 1000 to 1100 students present. Yes, there are many clubs present in the institute (15 to 20). I am a part of 2 to 3 clubs. These clubs organize other curricular activities and events in the institute. For an annual event, a tech summit happens in my institute, which includes the activities of the tech clubs and hackathons.Read Full Review
