IIIT Kota Reviews

I have currently finished my first year at IIIT Kota and will be moving on to the second year soon. I have joined this Institute mainly because of its solid academic reputation and its rapid growth. It is still in its developing phase but already shows a lot of promise. I have personally been part of the Technical Society and three different clubs, and that gave me a chance to explore beyond just academics. There is a lot of space to grow here if you take the initiative. The environment is very student-friendly, and there is always something happening in the campus, is it coding events, club meets, and cultural programs. Indian Institute of Information Technology is a tier 2 college which was previously situated in MNIT Jaipur but now it has its own campus building at Ranpur, Kota. Based on the outskirts of the city, it has poor connectivity but is in constant growing phase. I chose this college because it was newly made and shifted so our batch thought it will in MNIT Jaipur. Overall, my experience is neutral. It has its own facilities and club but is in growing stage where multiple things are yet to be built and constructed.Read Full Review

For me, overall experience at the institute is average. I have chosen this institute as it offers Electronics and according to my JEE Main rank, it was most suitable and another factor is that it was closer to my hometown. Moreover, infrastructure is good overall whats build in it and is after all an institute of national importance, which helps to take this decision.Read Full Review
