I recently completed my first year at VIT Vellore. I chose this Institute because this is one of the best Institutes amongst many others. There are some key features of this Institute that makes it standout amongst other options. My overall experience was very interesting. The crowd is very diverse, and the experience is very eventful. Events are happening throughout the year in the Institute. You get to network with people from all around the world and the faculty is very learned and helpful. Vellore Institute of Technology is extremely reputed and has existed for over 35 years. It is one of the most prestigious private engineering Institutes in India. They also have a good placement record.Read Full Review

Overall VIT Vellore is a great choice, as it met my expectations with its cool infrastructure and better education facilities. There is great exposure of academics and nightlife here. You will be given FFCS (fully flexible credential system) where you can choose your timetable and select faculties. The institute has 2 phases; morning phase (where classes are held in morning and labs availability in evening), and evening phase (evening classes and morning labs), student can chose according to their availability. Labs are absolute graded and theory will be relative graded.Read Full Review
