The overall vibe with the faculty is decent and friendly. They help you whenever you need them. Faculties of IIT Dharwad CSE department are highly qualified and passionate about teaching and their research. Most of the professors hold PhDs from excellent institutes like older IITs. Their background includes deep experience in research in AI, many algorithms, Machine Learning, computer vision and evolution of computer science. Faculties generally teach through PPTs. Some create groups for doubts and discussions on different topics. Faculties have good problem solving approaches with excellent experience and skills. The teacher student ratio is around 60 students per faculty. As we clearly mention that we have one of the best faculties coming from IIT Bombay to teach us. Many of our professors did their Ph.D from esteemed universities of India and abroad. Professor is quiet young so they don't have too much experience but this not a problem here. Also, IIT Bombay is our mentor institute.
