University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES), Dehradun has residential facilities within its 2 campuses i.e., Bidholi campus & Kandholi campus which cater to female and male students separately. It is a requirement for hostellers of the University to conduct themselves properly and maintain peaceful surroundings at the hostel premises to avoid causing inconveniences to the fellow inmates. • No student should be involved in ragging, harassing, and other such similar kinds of activity in the premises of the hostels.

• Students are not allowed to stay outside of the hostel premises after gate closing time / prescribed timings to report in the hostel room.

Male and female students are facilitated with state-of-the-art separate accommodations with sufficient amenities within the UPES Dehradun Campuses located at Bidholi and Kandholi. Additionally, the AC & Non-AC UPES Dehradun hostel rooms are available with attached and common washrooms.

Apart from this, hostels at the University which are allotted to boys have rooms with triple occupancy only. On the other hand, the rooms in girls’ hostels are available in both double & triple seating options.

In addition to this, the mess facility at the hostels provides students meals which are hygienically and freshly prepared ensuring students dietary requirements are fulfilled & they stay healthy. Moreover, a safe atmosphere is facilitated to the students at the hostels through dedicated wardens & respective security personnel.

Furthermore, an infirmary is present at the hostels through which students can avail assistance for their ailments and injuries. Additionally, a doctor is present in the day & a medical professional at night is present at the infirmary to assist students with healthcare consultations and treatment.
