    IILM Institute of Business and Management has an exemplary infrastructure
    The education was far behind the silos of Operations, Marketing, or Finance. We were taught every damn thing as the first year for all was common. The industry working is transforming, and so is the university's education and course structure. Digital was the way, and therefore our education was blended likewise as our subjects included Artificial Intelligence, Internet Things. Digital Disruption and BlockChain. All these things were a thing of future in 2019 but because the institute believes in staying ahead of the market, we were taught all these way in advance.

    IILM is the best option for PGDM in NCR
    Not just academically but the institute groom’s students for the corporate requirement. Gurugram campus turned into a residential program in 2018. One can learn 24*7 as companies Gartner have sent their people to groom and train students. After studying in Bangalore one thing that I infused in me was discipline. Not many students at IILM were but had to be because missing the classes was complete no from faculty and management. Note of such incidents were taken and students were offered firing. I don’t know whether I should say this or not but the glam quotient was quite high at the campus and that can be a bit of distraction for even nerds.

    IILM's mentoring process is the best
    The hi-tech classrooms and the air-conditioned classrooms made it quite enjoyable. The class timings were from 10am to 6pm. The learning was if advanced level as practicals were preferred more over theory classes. More than the syllabus books it was the mentoring sessions that were of great help. The institute’s mentoring program has been its speaking point as every students at the campus is assigned a mentor who work on sharpening the skills and most focus was on communication skills. The competitions were held among the students and during inter-college competitions, IILM successfully defeated many known colleges of Delhi.
