It is a heritage building, built back in the 1860s by German Jesuits of the Society of Jesus. The locality is Mahapalika Marg in South Mumbai. The classrooms are good, some classes have ACs as well though it is not required as the weather is cool due to the presence of sea nearby. Around 100 students can easily occupy one classroom; the college has library, labs, seminar halls and conference hall. Canteen food is also really good with a lot of options. I can say is the campus life is good as of now, the college crowd is also pretty diverse, especially in the Humanities section, there are a lot of clubs like Finance, Theory, Marketing, etc. for which one may give interview and join as per their interests. Many engagement activities are organised in the college like Dance, Music, Sports, Literary Arts, etc. Malhar, Sitaare, Christmas, Finance Symposiums, and debates are organised by the college frequently. In Mumbai there aren't colleges which are massive and therefore St. Xavier's College, Mumbai should be praised for its infrastructure. Firstly, because of the location as it is located at a prime location in South Bombay. Secondly, don't discard the possibility of getting brain fade moments looking at our marvelous heritage building which is there ever since the british era. Classrooms are good as they can accommodate double the number of students that we already have in our class. Gymkhana, Library, and other facilities of the college have been upgraded now and that makes it hand in hand with any modern day college.

Campus life at St. Xavier's College, Mumbai is so amazing that students have their own committees and are in charge of many big things in college. The support and backing that we get from our seniors and college support staff is beyond words. If I take example of ‘Malhar’ our fest, almost 150 students’ inputs has gone on and still the society was ready to incorporate more minds. Infrastructure is good overall. Classrooms are pretty big and spacious. The college has an old ancient architectural charm which is extremely surprising even for Harvard students. Actually many movies are shot here just because of its beautiful architecture. There is a very big and spacious library having a huge collection of books on variety of subject matter, if it course books or fictional books. Classrooms are pretty big and spacious. There is an in house badminton and chess area within the gymnasium area and it again looks very spacious and is good to play.

I am having a great campus life here. The college crowd is diverse; having students from all states of India and also has some foreign nationals. There are more than a 100 different clubs, and many extracurricular activities are conducted in the college. These activities are extremely entertaining and value additive as well.
