LJ Institute of Engineering and Technology Ahmedabad Campus: Photos, Virtual Tour

Campus area is good but college is inside the highway up to 1 km. So, if you do not have vehicle, you have to walk. Classroom and library is good. Safety equipment is there but medical facility is not here.

The college is big and there are 8 buildings inside the campus. All departments have their own building and 3 buildings for Diploma course is also there at the campus. The classrooms are big but in 2018 not having modern benches needs some attention. The college library was big and one can find any book of their choice at the library. The auditorium of the college is huge as the strength of the college is also huge. The open-air theater is the biggest highlight of the campus. It was used for occasions and was one of the best you will see. There are 3 canteens or café. One is a normal canteen serving thali. One is a Chinese corner and the third one is a snack bar that serves beverages and light snacks. The campus has a stationery shop and Xerox facility is also inside the campus. The college has basketball & volleyball courts. There is also an open ground at the college that was used for playing cricket by the students.

LJ has a top crowd and one can see students flaunting fashion and the latest gadgets. The crowd was also lively as all the events, festivals and all made everyone jump up the sofas. The college’s drama club Lamhe was active throughout the year. Likewise, there were many other clubs and their activities made us stay at the college till late evening. L J campus is situated at S.G Highway, Ahmedabad. In L J campus there are 8 buildings with a central canteen facility. Out of that 8 different buildings, engineering and Diploma courses has individual building. The classroom is well equipped with wooden made benches, Lighting, Fans and Doors and windows with good ventilation facilities. The engineering building has its library where you can take up any book against the use of your College ID and there is a facility to sit and read also.

There is a centralized sports ground at L J Institute of Engineering and technology where different tournaments take place. There is also a dedicated basketball ground. The Engineering section has its auditorium & open-air theater where many cultural fests take place. With a fast-growing infrastructure, L J Campus has now its OPD center on the campus which operates on particular days of the weeks. The campus has many places where trees, plants, grass are well maintained. The sweeper staff is allocated the duty every day which cleans the campus twice a day. The campus has 3 food facilities – A canteen surrounded by beautiful step sitting arrangements, A Chinese stall & Tea-Post café. Along with the canteen, there is an in-house stationery and Xerox center.

I had one of the finest bachelor’s life at L.J. There was an ample amount of learning, fun, sports, Technical and non-tech fest, exhibitions such as innovation village, and whatnot. One of the best institutes if you are planning to pursue your B.E degree from GTU.Read Full Review
