LJ Engineering college has a top-class faculty and all thanks to the management as students have their rights against them. The management has set very strict criteria for the hiring of faculty. The faculty on the other hand is so kind towards students. One can ask as many doubts, he/she wants. One faculty per subject is the way at LJ. All the faculties had a hoard of teaching experience behind their back and the degrees to back their knowledge of the subjects. The teacher-student relation is not limited to the classroom as one can approach them after college and they will stay back at the college to help you with your query.Read Full Review

If I review the faculty especially LJIET faculties – I would mark them 100/100. All the faculties are recruited from step by the step recruitment process. The faculties are subject experts for a particular branch. For example, if I talk about the civil branch – In semester number 4 – there is a subject called structure analysis which is taught by the faculty who has done specialization in the structural branch. Also, that faculty are not allotted another subject in that particular semester. That means in a single semester a faculty is allotted for a single subject, it may happen so that particular faculty may be allotted another subject in another semester parallel.

If you look at the average qualification of faculties, all the faculties have completed Masters in relevant fields. Subject teaching is perfectly done by the faculties and also they recommend books for the subject preparation. In a few of the subjects, Notes are also being provided by the faculties. The bond between faculty and the student is such created at LJ that students do not hesitate to ask queries and doubts. There were a total of 24 faculties in the civil engineering department at that time (2012-2016) & about 120+ of total faculties in the entire L.J Institute of engineering and Technology.Read Full Review
