LJ College of Engineering college timings need big thumbs up as the college started at 8 am and by 1.45 pm we were done. There was a break in between for 20 minutes and that was all that we had. It never felt tiring though because it felt like we had the entire day in front of us once the classes were over. The internship program of the college was one of the best as the college has its sources and therefore students of this college are always placed at the best companies. Not just in Ahmedabad but as a student of the IT department students of our stream were sent to Mumbai and Pune.

If we talk about the aspect of Academics, this is the place where you need to be for your engineering career. I completed my B.E. in civil engineering in 2016 and I finished on a satisfactorily note. One of the reasons to join this course was to pursue good grades at Gujarat Technological University and to learn the various aspect of the industry with a professional touch. Both of them were fulfilled at the L.J Institute of Engineering and Technology. Apart from the college placements, students are allowed to have an internship at the various site for which the Head of Department provides a NOC letter.

To be particular for the civil engineering branch – LAB facilities are there with well-maintained equipment for the survey, concrete mixing, Universal Testing Machine, etc. The best thing about the L.J Institute of Engineering and Technology was the college timing. Easy and Convenient. With such timing, a student can enroll themselves into extra technical and non-technical activity. L J is recognized as one of the top-class colleges under the head of GTU and that creates a certain difference in job interviews. The syllabus of GTU is very well taught here with proper mid-semester examination process so as the student can perform much better in the University final exams.
