I have enrolled for full time 2 years PGDM (GEN program). In today's world privatization and globalization has taken a fast pace and to manage people and things better sound knowledge should be on management subjects which I achieved after joining the course. Yes, the courses are practical oriented, case study based giving a idea and relating to what actually the business world is, how it operates and how to manage Surely this course will be helpful to get job as PGDM is a up to date course with revised course structure as per change in industry requirements. So students will get the current information going in the business world and learn how to deal and manage them.

APIM’s education system was great, but this trimester system was beyond me. I will blame this pattern as this pattern hasn’t let students develop. To complete the subject, the faculty has no choice but to be superficial. You can never go deep into a subject; otherwise you will miss out on other subjects. Even in this tight schedule, the college found time to give students as much practical exposure as possible. So, one need to respect the college because only the syllabus won’t make you a management student. The college firmly believed in this idea, and therefore like almost all the B-Schools, two industrial trips a year and a summer internship at the end of 1st year was a compulsion laid out by the college.

IB was such a vast course that clearing 6-7 subjects every trimester that also included assignment submissions and projects completion was too tough to handle. Luckily, we had backlog exam clearance cell and we could give backlog exams every month. Very few students cleared all at once. Education wise the course was brilliant as we were taught all thick and thin of the course. IIFT Delhi which is one of the best colleges for IB doesn’t even have course as advance as we had.
