NIT Calicut Faculty Profile

Faculty members are very good, based on their skill, but can improve on their behavior. Student and faculties do not have good relationship. Faculties are very much educated. They teach us using black boards and PPTs. Sometimes group discussions are also there. Every faculty has some M.Tech students under them too. These M.Tech students also help us to solve problems. We have problem solving sessions most of the week. Faculties are good at solving problems. Some faculties are approachable while some of them are not. Some of them will come to us and finish our doubts even if we do not ask them doubts, but some faculties are so rude that they will not give attendance even if we are late by one minute.Read Full Review

The faculty members in NIT are old and highly experienced, but they are very strict too. Even if students are late to class by one minute, some faculties will not give attendance. However, we have to manage that entire foe to keep a good relation with them. The problem solving ability of faculties is very good they can solve complex paper is minutes.Read Full Review

Faculties are good. They are of top quality. The method of teaching is using PPTs and blackboard. Problem solving ability of faculty is top notch but some can improve. I also wish they were less biased.Read Full Review
