Placement Facilities at NIT Calicut: Companies and High Salary

Faculty here is highly qualified and very interactive. They are always ready to assist you in your academics and in any kind of research, if you are interested. Classrooms are just ok but fully equipped for digital presentation with 24hr Wi-Fi facility. You can expect 1 faculty for every 8 students. There is a faculty advisor allotted to every student who will be tracking and looking after both academic and co curricular actives of the student.Read Full Review

NIT Calicut's College Experience: Clubs, Fests, and More

Every faculty in NIT Calicut is well experienced and completed their PhDs from esteemed institutions in their respective fields. They use blackboard and PPTs for explaining the concept. Some faculties encourage group discussions too. Problem solving ability of the faculty is top notch. We have 6 subjects in a semester; for each subject different faculties are present. We can approach them whenever we want to ask doubts. They will help you for sure if they are free at that time.Read Full Review

Academics Facilities of NIT Calicut: Teachers, Facilities, and More

Faculty in the campus is very good. In my department, professors have good relationships with students. However, some of the professors are not like that. They will determine your internal marks based on their relationship with you hence it is better to avoid any bad terms with faculty members. Every faculty uses blackboard and PPTs for teaching. In class, the language used is English, since students from other states are also present in the campus. Problem solving ability of faculty are top notch.Read Full Review
