IIT Guwahati Hostel Fees: Rooms, Food & Rules

Yes, the Institute offers residential facilities to the students. There are a total of 13 hostels out of which three are girls’ hostel and the remaining are boys’ hostel. The quality of mess food is very good and proper hygiene is maintained. You get a wide variety of food from all over India. The IIT Guwahati has 13 hostels. There are separate hostel for girls and the boys. The mess food is better as compared to other Institutes. The hostel rules are not that strict. My hostel experience is good because of the friends that I made in the hostel.Read Full Review

There are multiple hostels in IIT Guwahati. Every hostel is good and each of them has a GYM, canteen, a shop, mess, and common rooms for the students. The hostels needs some renovation and can be improved.Read Full Review
