    Highest Package of IIT Guwahati is 250 LPA
    The placement cell at IIT Guwahati is Centre for Communication and Development (CCD). It helps students to get placed by its strong alumni network, strong bonding with other foreign Institutions and provide immense exposure and financial support for startups. Companies like Google, Microsoft, Amazon, TCS, and others come to our Institute every year for recruitment. The highest package is 2.5 Crores per annum. The average package is closer to 30 LPA for 2025 placements.Read Full Review

    Brahmaputra is the oldest and largest boy's hostel at IIT Guwahati
    One main reason people join the IIT Guwahati is because of its vast and expansive connection to several domestic firms and top MNCs. Not to mention the lucrative and enticing packages they offer. We have a cell that guide and help students during the phase of in-campus placements. Intern drives also take place. Moreover, the placement drives help students get some exposure of work environment. Renowned companies like Google, Microsoft, Meta, Goldman Sachs, Tata, etc. visit the Institute every year to select candidates. The packages offered by them ranges anywhere from a few lakhs per annum to crores per annum outside of India.Read Full Review

    IIT Guwahati B.Tech Highest Package is Around 2.05 Crore P.A
    Yes the placement cell is present to coordinate with the companies. It is the link between students and company personnel. This year the highest package from my department is around 2.05 Crore per annum and the average package of my department is around 25 LPA. Many internship related workshops and guiding sessions are held very frequently in campus. All the known firms like Google, Microsoft, Nvidia, etc. hire from campus. During placement season around 250+ companies visit the campus. I am in second year now and yet to be placed.Read Full Review
