SRM University Amaravati B.Tech Review By Sirasanambeti Siddu

My overall experience in the university is very good because it is a new campus which was built in 2016. I am currently studying Computer Science and Engineering. I have chosen this college because I got a good score in the entrance exam of SRM. This college is near to the city of Vijayawada.

There are two academic buildings in the campus, class for all students are conducted here. Laboratories and workshops are also present in these blocks. The academics of the college are very good and the staff working here is very helpful and friendly. There is the full map of college in one of the academic building which is very beautiful.

The faculty is well experienced in their respective courses and is very friendly. The Ph.D scholars are also very helpful they will help us in labs. The teaching style and time table is very nice in this college. The faculty makes the students confident and provides various internship opportunities to the students in 4th year. My main motive is to maintain good CGPA and get better job opportunities.

The SRM university is one of the top deemed university in India and it has decent placements as well. The highest package for UG students was 50 LPA. The average package of overall under graduation is 9.9 LPA. There are more than 800 recruitment partners who provide placement opportunities to the students.

Hostel facilities are available here. Each room has facilities for two students. They will provide a bed, a study table and a chair but mattress is not provided by the hostel. The food in my college is very good and hygienic. 24x7 Wi-Fi facilities are also available here.

There are many buildings like academic buildings, hostels, laboratory, and admin building in the college. The buildings are developing some of the marquee structures. The buildings of university are multidimensional.

The campus life of SRM is very beautiful and there are almost 1500 students per year. Not only studies but many extracurricular activities are also organised here. Facilities for sports like cricket and badminton are also available here. There are many grounds in which we can play and the equipment required will be provided by the college. Many fests are organised in this college throughout the year.
