My Life at DCRUST

Overall Rating
I joined DCRUST in the year 2023. The college is one of the well established colleges on state level. The college can provide you good exposure and the seniors here are good. Talking about the campus life here we get the lush green campus which is spread in 300 acres approx.
 

Academics Rating
As I am from the electrical department. The education system is good in our college .The Exams are also held in regular interval of time and the semester usually ends in 5 month. But odd semesters are hard while even semester are easy. There is a huge role of attendance which is to be maintained 75%.
 

Faculty Rating
The academics here are average. Talking about the professor all are well educated and Ph.D holders. The lab attendant is also well trained. But the drawback is that they usually use old teaching methods which are bit complex. The teacher is egoistic and takes it personally and always throws you out of class. They don't explain topic again and again.
 

Placement Rating
Placement are average so there is no chance of getting placed if you are in lower branches or core branches like Electrical, Mechanical, Civil and other more branches.
 

Hostel Rating
Hostel is well maintained but the mess food is not that good as expected. There is well maintained infrastructure but the mess committee is not good.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The campus has lush green environment. It has well maintained and awesome classrooms and auditorium with a seating capacity of 1000 students. There are many food outlets which are not as better but they provide food late night. It has a well maintained Gym hall and a Badminton court which is best in the university.
 

Campus Rating
The Campus is approximately 300 acres and you will find this campus lovely as it is lush green. There are many clubs and societies which will help you in improving your skills like communication and personality. The most important thing is the Fest which takes place at regular interval like RHYTHM and there are many activities which can be performed. Goonj, Lisoc, Thinkbots and E-Cell are the top societies here.

    I have taken admission in this college by HSETES counseling last year. This college suits my personality as it provides me ample of time to discover the new discoveries. There is no strict attendance criteria for my branch and additionally there are various public holidays and weekends. This makes this college a place for the student who wants to take preparation of different government examinations.     The reason why I chose this particular university is because its fees structure is quite affordable, also it is a government university. It has good faculty and good facilities like huge lavish library, sports facilities, labs, etc. It provides hostel facility and food at an affordable cost.
