The experiences I faced from 2015 to 2018 aren't that promising. For B. Com, there are no placements. Without that, too, all the promises that the University made, they failed to deliver on that. 'MSRUAS' is different from many as very soon I made friends with seniors and that got my College life going at the campus. Otherwise, making friends with seniors can be tough, but since the campus is ragging free, I always felt quite secure at the campus. Being an outsider in a state which is local language dominant, it becomes difficult to get going, but not at MSRUAS. The campus had one dominant language and that was English. Good things about MSRUAS, let me take those out for readers as there have been a lot of good things. Predominantly it was the education system more than anything else. The University showed us what they expect and what they are made of in the orientation program itself. Our direct competition was MSRIT as there was always a cold war going on between both the Universities. MSRUAS has shown something to many old guards about the future education system. CGPAs, Percentages, and others will be a thing of the past in future, but at MSRUAS they have adopted this in the present. Many tables (placements) of the newly established University have already finished and MSRUAS tables are on a rise. When MSRUAS was created nobody heard about it. I was targeting Ramaiah College, and Christ University, but because I couldn't get admissions there, I chose MSRUAS. One will have to credit the students who enrolled at MSRUAS because even though it was a new University, it wasn't short of students even in its initial years.
