I'm currently pursuing my Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at Calcutta University from The Bhawanipur Education Society College. This is one of the best college to pursue BBA hons due to many reasons. The college not only focuses on academics but also grooms us to be a future manager. The college also focuses greatly on developing extracurricular skills among its students so that they are ready for their corporate life. Regular classes along with Seminars, Workshops, and Events help us to develop and nurture all of our skills. The Bhawanipur Education Society College makes you not only to be the leaders for themselves but also for the country as a whole.

The cutoff for admission increases every year. They handpicked students who are eligible for the courses and are potential students. Students from any stream can opt for this course. The college also provides scholarships to students who are academically well or established in the sports sector.

The faculty of the BBA campus are the best you can ask for. There are coordinators for every individual section for the proper guidance of the students. Students are also allotted a mentor who guides their students beautifully through the whole course. The Dean of the college is one of the best and most humble people I've ever seen. He has the solution for every student's problem.

There is a dedicated Placement Hall on the 6th floor of the college where Placement Drives are organised every month for the students of the college. The college is also famous for its placement drives which provide internships as well as jobs to the students from the campus itself. Companies like Wipro, HDFC Bank, Deloitte, and PWC have been part of the placement drives in the past. No other colleges provide such widespread placement opportunities to their students.

The best infrastructure one can ask for. The college has its own canteen which serves delicious food without causing any harm to the pocket of the students. The sports arena is a place where students come after their classes to chill around with their friends and They play Pool, Carrom, Table Tennis, Darts, or even Chess. The college has a dedicated floor as a library with an enormous amount of books for helping out the students. There is a 5400+sq ft turf inside the college where all the inter-college sports events take place. Along with that, we have Three Halls- Jubilee, Concept, and Society.

The Bhawanipur Education Society College and UMANG go hand in hand. UMANG is the biggest college fest in Kolkata. UMANG is not just a fest but a festival. A 4-day long festival where all the students can participate. Take part in 80+ competitions and volunteer for the events. More than 60+ colleges along with outstation colleges like Christ University and KIIT are invited to the fest.
