My college GGDSD is the best college under the Panjab University. It has been credited with the A+ grade by NAAC. My college is the first to get selected by the panjab university for the FIST program 2010. It has ranked 99th by the NIRF. Ranked 12th by the INDIA TODAY. The admission under this college will be conducted according to merit basis, which have been selected by the Panjab University. The process is very lengthy and confidentially conducted through the counseling. Goswami Ganesh Dutta Sanatan Dharma College management work efficiently most of the time. Teachers are punctual. If you create any kind of trouble, strict action will be taken from the college management. College follows condition of 75℅ attendance which should be must of every student. Without fulfilling this condition no student can sit in the examination.

I have joined B.Com, eligibility criteria is 12th pass with 90℅ marks. Entrance exam is conducted by the college management, after that counseling will decide which student grab the seat. I have commerce background. My goal is to become CA for this I have to deeply understand the knowledge of a B.com student which can be totally possible by taking admission in this college. Yes of course, the subjects are actually helpful and give me all the knowledge which I should have in actual but I don't want to peruse the Punjabi language subject but now that I'm in Chandigarh so that's why I had this subject. Overall it's totally satisfying the need of a student. You'll get to know when you actually took admission in there.

There are 7 faculties in my course There are almost 40 faculties in overall college. Teaching experience should be more then 3 years.

The placement campus is great. Most of the student doesn't take the placement jobs. Because they want to study further. Companies offer small level pay scale of 15 -20000 which no one prefers to accept. But big companies also visit in college but once in a 4 year. 75 ℅ above will get the placement offers.

GGDSD Hostel facilities are good for both boys and girls. Separate hostels for girls and boys. Hostel fees is around 70,000 per year. My friends were used to say that food in girls' hostel isn't that good as compare to boys' hostel. Hostel warden is very strict. The security check for the both hostel are strictly followed.

It's is actually a big vast area of my college. It has separate building for separate department and each department is having the freshener rooms and clean toilets. Even some of rooms are getting air conditioning facilities. It has two big auditoriums in which all the fest and big meetings are conducting. It has one big library, 4 laboratories. Playground is also there, cafeteria is the cool place where you will find half of the college crowd there, the best part of the college indeed!

I had a great college life in GGDSD College. I'll always be remembering how I met my college friends. I have gained a lot of experience form the college.
