Overall I would say this college is good. You may think the campus is in a remote location but many top colleges with huge areas are also in such locations. If you are getting it you can take it. But remember on-campus placement is not as high as IITs and good NITs have. You have to work a lot to get a high salary in tech jobs(not sure about non-tech jobs). My overall experience of my college is quite good. It has very good campus which makes feel good. College has all the facilities from digitalized classroom, library to food and roaming areas inside the college campus. Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology is really a good college, the first thing I noticed after entering it was its large 150+ acres campus. Literally, like a national forest that has very large containing lakes, gardens etc. Then we come to the buildings which are too magnificent. The college offers various degrees like undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral. It was established in 1989. The courses offered here emphasize both theoretical and practical knowledge. The college is accredited by recognized bodies. The faculty is renowned and some of them have published their books. I will rate this college 7 out of 10. Because everything is good there except the mess food. I enjoyed a lot in college, There are some facilities which I think some very well-known colleges don't have. My batchmates are so good. The faculties are very well qualified and help us a lot in academics as well as non-academic. Overall if I say my college is so good. I am so happy that I am a student of this wonderful college....
