Being the topmost commerce college in Asia, Shri Ram College of Commerce has its own legacy. It's the first time that the admission in SRCC is done through CUET. I have done my schooling from Jamia Millia Islamia Central University and their highest marks you can get in your boards are 94% but in CBSE many students got 100%. I was good in studies at school. My main goal behind joining this college was to get good placement. You should also join the college as you can get up to 36 LPA package only after graduation.

So SRCC offers only two courses at undergraduate level i.e. Bachelor of Commerce Hons. and Bachelor of Economic Hons. The only way for Indian students to get admission in SRCC is through Common University Entrance Test or CUET. If you have maths in your 12th grade then only you can apply for Economics Honours but for Commerce Hons. you can have either maths or accountancy as a subject in class 12. If you have the citizenship of country other than India than you don't have to give CUET, you can take admission directly through your 12th grade and for that cut-off percentage is very low. If you have more than 85% you can get admission in SRCC. Economics honours cutoff is higher than commerce honours. For Economics Honours cut-off is around 782 and for Commerce Hons. around 775 out of 800 in CUET.

Shri Ram College of Commerce has the highest number of faculty in Commerce Department in Asia. The faculty is of both types some are chill and others are toxic. Most of our teachers are Ph.D holders and majority are CA and CS. Make good contact with teachers from starting so that they can be lenient while giving you marks. Internal Assessment marks play a significant role in your CGPA. Some teachers are very strict in terms of attendance, they don't mark proxy. Most of the teachers teach from their own book.

Yes, our college has a Placement Cell. It is one of the Tier 1 societies of our college. If you get into PC then be sure that you will get a good placement package. Around 50% students of the batch get the placement and most of them get into consulting firms. Average package is 10 to 12 LPA and highest is 36 LPA.

Yes, there is a hostel facility for both girls and boys in the college campus. Admission in the hostel is done through CUET score. But hostel has a very high fees structure. It is around 60 to 70 thousand for hostel only and mess fees, you have to pay every quarter. It is based on your menu. It comes around 15 to 20 thousand quarterly. Hostel is good with single, double, and triples sharing. It also has gymnasium and common room. The college also has a hostel union and food served is bon veg and non veg.

Our college campus is one of the oldest colleges in Delhi. It was established in 1926. The building is a heritage building approved by Government of NCT of Delhi and is maintained regularly by Administrative Council and Delhi Government. All the rooms are Centralised Air-Conditioned. All rooms are very spacious and have projector. College has an Accounts Office, Admin Office, and Staff Room. Now the additional portal cabin is being setup near the sports complex. College has a library with over 80000 books, a reading hall, Arun Jaitley Sports Complex, a sport ground, and girls’ common room. The security in the college is very good. You have to show your ID card before entering the college.

The college has over 60+ societies. Most of the students are pursuing CA here and our classes are generally held from 9 to 5. The Student Union organise the Business Conclave, Asia's largest undergraduate management fest where college invite the eminent personalities like Union Ministers and Industrialists. Student Union also organise Crossroads, second biggest fest of Delhi University after Mecca of Hindu College. Most of the societies overburden the students with lots of work. They keep the meetings mostly at night after 11 PM. I recommend you to join at least 1 society and most 2 societies.
