Overall Rating
Life at campus is really awesome. Overall development and highly qualified faculty fascinates me. Getting into Manipal college was my dream. College not only focuses on academics but also on enhancing sot skills and personality development which is required to get a good placement. Apart from that various clubs are there in college in which student can participate and enjoy their time for 4 years.
 

Academics Rating
Course curriculum is typical old one, but at the same time college provides lot of opportunities of internship. Faculties are highly qualified and most of them have doctorate degree. Exams are conducted twice a semester which includes mid-term and end-term examinations with moderate difficulty level. Fees increase every year by 10% rate for new batches however at the same time scholarships have been provided by the institute for meritorious student who secured top 100 ranks in MET.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculties are highly qualified and most of them have doctorate. Separate teachers are allotted to departments. They highly qualified in their respective fields. Faculty exhibits a high level of teaching effectiveness. They all are subject matter experts. Faculty actively engages with students both inside and outside the classroom. They all are pretty friendly with students also.
 

Placement Rating
MIT Manipal provides best placement and job opportunities to students. Common recruiters include Amazon, Microsoft, Goldman Sachs, HP, Hitachi, and Oracle. Highest package offered is 54 LPA and average package is 12.89 LPA with 94% students placed.
 

Hostel Rating
Manipal hostels offer accommodation to students in a very comforting way. Rooms are available with single student or double student occupancy with attached washrooms. Rooms are well furnished and also have air conditioning.
 

Infrastructure Rating
MIT Manipal campus has 188 acres land area which in itself is pretty huge. It has a massive playground, modern infrastructure, and a hospital. Labs are well equipped with all the necessary equipments. We have separate innovation centre building which encourages entrepreneurship.
 

Campus Rating
Life at campus is really awesome. College has both technical and cultural fest named TECHTATVA and REVELS respectively. Library has complete set of books including academic books. Classrooms are fully occupied by air conditioner and projectors. College provides excellent sport facilities including cricket, football, etc. and also has tennis and badminton court.

    My experience at MIT Manipal has been quite good overall. It may not be perfect, but it is a solid balance between academics and student life. A typical day for me includes attending classes, going to the gym, studying a bit, hanging out with friends over dinner, and taking a walk around campus, which is one of the most peaceful things to do here in my opinion.     I was bit hesitant to join this institute but my opinion changed completely after joining it. The faculty is amazing and solves our doubts without hesitation. The infrastructure of institute is just phenomenal. It has an indoor arena, which has excellent facilities. The research facility is also best.     MIT Manipal has a wide variety of student projects and clubs which are very active and help in gaining skills. You also get a free Coursera subscription which is an added benefit. The opportunities and possibilities are endless at MIT Manipal. Despite it having the party college tag, it is a really wonderful college where you can meet a wide variety of people.
