My overall experience in this institute has been pretty decent. I found the campus life to be interesting. The infrastructure is well-developed but not as developed as IITs, NITs or any other well-known private colleges. Coming to the academics, the curriculum is updated every year. The faculties of this institute are very interactive, helpful and will listen to all your problems without any hesitation. The placements here are pretty decent as compared to mid-level NITs. Internship opportunities are also available for those who are interested in it. I chose this institute because it's one of the top private institutions in Bangalore and its infrastructure, placements, opportunities, etc. are very nice. So I will highly recommend you to take admission here. The fee is not so high as compared to other private colleges too.

I am currently pursuing B.E. in CSE (Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning). I got into this institute by appearing for the ComedK entrance examination. Roughly around 1 lakh candidates appear for this exam. Now coming to the examination details, the ComedK exam is held for 3 hours and consists of 180 MCQs. 1 mark will be awarded for every right answer and no negative marking is there. The eligibility for this exam is to obtain a minimum of 50-60% in class 10th and 12th. The overall difficulty of this exam is easy to moderate.

The faculties of this institute are nice and open-minded. They are well qualified with the majority of them having done their Ph.Ds and M.Tech from different renowned institutes. They have very high knowledge regarding their subjects that have been assigned to teach. The faculties respond and clear all the doubts of the students. They also provide informative notes after completing each unit for the benefit of the students. They use presentations and visuals to explain different concepts in detail. Overall, I will say the faculties are very nice and good. They will help with whatever problems you are facing.

Yes, our institute does have a placement cell and it provides placements to all the students who are eager for it. Every year 400-500 companies visits our institute for recruitment. On an average 90% of the students are placed with an average package of 8 LPA. The highest salary package being 62 LPA offered by Atlassian. This institute provides training for internships and placements to the students so that they won’t face any difficulty while appearing for the interview.

I cannot tell much about the hostels because it was full when I had applied for it. But the hostel fee is very minimal, Rs. 94,000 for 1 year for the freshers. The hostel serves completely vegetarian food. Regarding the food till now I have heard it is decent, not too good and not too bad. The hostel rooms are of double occupancy with a common bathroom. If you want to enjoy the hostel life then you can apply for this institute’s hostel, otherwise I would highly recommend staying in PGs or flats.

The infrastructure of this institute is quite decent. The campus area is about 50 acres and it has 5 blocks for the different branches. There are 3-4 libraries, where you can get access to different study materials and you can study there. The computer labs are well equipped with new generation computers like i7 Processor. There is a canteen where both North Indian and South Indian foods are available at a very minimal cost. Wi-Fi facility is also available everywhere around the campus for seamless access to the internet.

The campus life is good but you have to be open minded and an extrovert. The male to female gender ratio is almost 50:50. Lots of clubs are there in the campus for different domains like coding, social service, music, drama, dance and many others. Some popular clubs are CodeRIT, IMT, IEEE, NSS, Editha, Stier Racing, etc. The main cultural fest, ‘Udbhav’ is organized once in a year. A tech fest is also conducted. Sports facilities are available in this institute too. Overall, the campus life is exciting and entertaining.
