Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology previous it is known as Sathyabama University. It was established in 1987 but got University status in 2001. My overall experience at institute was good and I have chosen this university because of its placements and quality of education. This is the university where if you study well then your career and future will be well and good or else students will be get into groups, fights and also habituated to drinking and smoking outside the premises. Overall institute experience in a word is above average. Sathyabama Institute has decent faculty who are all holding a Ph.D certificates. Although some of them are new recruited, meaning they have little less experience in their field but they carry along with senior professors and other faculties. Institute infrastructure is good.
