The best part about the university that made me choose it over other in the city was the studio it has. This is something a student pursuing the Mass Communication course is looking forward to. Thus, this makes the university stand out over others. Talking about the studio, it has each and every facility needed to cover any media event, right from the PCR room to teleprompter and the panel stage. This makes the experience an engaging one, as Journalism is nothing to do with the theory and having this studio thing ensure you are getting an overall development required for you to become industry ready.

The course in the university is denoted as BA (JMC) which is an acronym to Bachelors of Journalism and Mass Communication. The requirement to enroll in this degree program is to have a percentage of minimum 60 from any recognized board in 10+2. The motive behind enrolling in this particular degree was: a professional degree that comes along with the graduation one also. This means, it is a two in one program that saves you time and money, that otherwise would be spent on 2 different degrees.

Faculty here is amazing and adept with what they do and teach their students. Their friendly nature and innovative approach to complete the syllabus is something that makes me recommend this university to one of my cousin. A few of the faculty members are the part of alumni of the university that enables them to connect more with the current students and the university rules to provide a better environment.

Yes, at ICG, there is a placement cell that is dedicated to enable students connect well with the industrial opportunities without having to look for them here and there. The cell works with full motivation to ensure each of the students gets their dream job right in their university, before getting their degree.

Yes, the university also provides residential facilities for the students who are not from the city. This facility adds to the checklist of the students looking forward to enroll themselves in the university. Moreover, the environment in the hostel is perfect to make each student feel at home away from their family. The food at the mess is healthy, nutritious and balanced to ensure a healthy diet for the students.

Infrastructure is something that plays a crucial role while choosing a particular university. Hence, at ICG, it is one of the perks that add to the reason for the aspirants' lists of joining in. The buildings and blocks are not newly constructed yet they are well-maintained to ensure safety of everyone in the premises. The lobbies are clean that maintains a positive vibe all over the campus. The working spaces, library and even the canteen are so well-organized that ensure everything is easily accessible to the students. The lawns, audio visual rooms, labs and the classrooms everything is so well-planned that there is no chance you get confused or lost your way. The layout is so easy to understand that you can easily flow from one block to another. One thing that I still like is the bridge that connects two different blocks together so you do not have to take another staircase to reach their.

Campus life in this university is amazing. It also lets students have great hostel life along with moving forward to build great career ahead.
