I got in to HBTU through JEE Main exam. Now talking about experience, this college is overall good since the alumni base of this college is very strong. It is the one of the oldest and finest college in India. Placements are very decent in this college with an average package of 8 LPA.

One can get in to HBTU through JEE Main exam but only for B.Tech course. There is separate counseling conducted by college. A minimum of 60% in intermediate is required to get in to this college. Other courses are also provided in this college like MBA, and M.Tech. One has to give CAT exam to get in MBA course. My course in this college is Paint Technology

Now talking about faculty, so all faculty are very well experienced and have completed their graduation from famous reputed institutes. They are very friendly in nature. All are always ready to help students in their doubts. They also provide notes and important assignments.

Yes, our college has a placement cell. Our placement cell helps students to get connected to their required companies. Our placements cell helps student to get connected to alumni for placements.

Yes, there is facility for both boys, and girl’s hostel in our college. There are total 8 boy’s hostels and 4 girl’s hostels in our college. Some of them are in very good condition, and some of them are in very average conditions. Infrastructure is average in hostels. Mess food in all hostel is I can say is good. In addition, Hostel life is very chill with seniors. Sports facilities are readily available in hostel.

There are two campuses of our college. One is east campus (70 acres) and other is west campus (250 acres). Our college is in east campus. There are total 4 gates for entry in our college. There is one central workshop, which is situated in very large area and it is one of the finest and oldest workshop with all equipment. There is one lecture hall complex where all 1st years students attend lectures. There are total 4 auditoriums in our college and very large academic building. There is a lush green campus. All buildings are in very good condition. 4 canteens are available in college

Our overall campus life is very excellent. Crowd is also not that much because seat intake is about 900. There are total 9 sub councils in college, in which many clubs came like music club, poetry club, drawing club, Dancing club, robotics club, etc. Many fest are also done in this college every year like Freshers party named "Parichay" is done in month of January every year. Cultural fest named ''Adhyay" is happened in month of May, which is held of 2 to 3 days. Sports fest named ‘Aagaz’ is happened every year. There is also a technical fest for the students who are pursuing technical courses.
