Enlighten Your Future at University of Engineering and Management, Kolkata

Overall Rating
What attracted me the most was the education provided in the university, the placement records and their discipline towards studies is very much inspiring for all students. Faculty interaction with students is also very aspiring and help students a lot to achieve their goals. Faculty members are always ready to help students when ever required and support in every phase and allow students to make calls or messages after the premises when ever required.
 

Academics Rating
B.Tech is basically a Computer Engineering degree which is very much beneficial for the upcoming future. B.Tech carries lots of career opportunities in every field from science to medical. The future is just technology based and B.Tech connects us with technology development. It’s a 4 year course comprising of 8 semesters, each semester is very much important and you get to learn lots of things. Its highly skilled profession and I advice that every student must pursue it.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculties of our campus are very much helpful and friendly towards students. They keep on motivating and boosting us towards our goal. Their teachings are worth remembering in fact lots of us get very inspired from our faculties. They help students in all efficient ways possible. During college premises and after college premises they are always available for helping the students. Faculty is just a word to say but their behavior is more than friends available for each other whenever you need them.
 

Placement Rating
Yes our UEM campus is having a placement cell where HOD from every department is connected for the betterment of students. Each member of placement cell is highly focused towards the placement of each and every student and guiding them on regular bases.
 

Hostel Rating
UEM Hostel facilities are available in the Newtown area near Biswa Bangla perfect spot for students to reside there with an annual fee of 1 lakh providing 2 people sharing room facilities along with 3 time healthy meal every day. Veg food is available for vegetarians and non veg food for non vegetarians.
 

Infrastructure Rating
UEM is having one of the best library facilities I ever visited. Books of all knowledge are provided to us along with high speed Wi-Fi connections for the benefits of students. The labs are well maintained and well furnished with efficient machines and technologies having air conditioned facilities. Cafeteria is the best place to satisfy your hunger with tasty and healthy food. Campus infrastructure is just aesthetic.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life in UEM is just fantastic. along with studies students are provided with relaxation time by organising joyful amazing fests. Our fests are basically based on art, literature, culture and science. We students get to learn a lot from it along with enjoyment too. There are various clubs including activities like dance, literature, sports, coding and many more activities take place after the college hours with participation of teachers too.

    Overall, the university is quite good because of friends I have and supportive faculty members. At the end of the day what matters is the memories you make and the things you learn so the campus, fests and all these does not matter that much. Overall, it is good.     University of Engineering and Management is one of the best private universities in Kolkata. If all that is important to you is placements and good education, this is the best university to go for. The first year students are never bullied or ragged here.
