MSRUAS has shown something to many old guards about the future education system. CGPAs, Percentages, and others will be a thing of the past in future, but at MSRUAS they have adopted this in the present. Many tables (placements) of the newly established University have already finished and MSRUAS tables are on a rise. Coming from nowhere, MSRUAS has shown everybody that if there's a place for talent, it is MSRUAS. The University gives everyone enough chances to flourish and excel as all the events of MSRIT invited small batches of MSRUAS. All in all, MSRUAS have got better things out of the students who joined MSRUAS thinking MSRIT is beyond us and let's hop into their own University. It ain't the case anymore though, as MSRUAS has now identity of its own and they have shown other VTU Universities that look, this is how things are done and this is how we bring the best out of the students. In terms of faculties, what great picks MSRUAS has done are not the experienced faculties but the ones who have shown character in the past, but were ready to take the new baby out of the cradle and make it learn not how to walk, but to run.

MSRUAS believes in quietly going about their work because the University had nothing to do with VTU or other affiliated Colleges, even if the course was the same. Our course was more advanced than them as not the tricks of how-to business in India, but how it is done globally is what we were taught in our modules. Academics here were miles ahead of its peers, as education here was not learning through PPTs or sheets, but by seeing things physically and doing the projects on our own.

Faculties set the education on fire as they made us learn as they cleared almost all the modules in two semesters. They contributed to the best of their abilities and whenever we needed something out of them, they were always available. They guided us home and the only thing that they didn't do right was don't take the course to the final year as they finished it off well before that. I guess that is pretty much how they like things to be done. Always ahead of time as that is what MSRUAS is all about. Their words and teaching methods were a huge confidence booster in my career.

MSRUAS is a young University with a huge amount of promise and their placements were young (small) during our batch. Many banks and other firms did come to hire BBA students, and I was among the probable students who had the placements. However, a 25k a month placement in Bangalore wouldn't have helped me survive, so for me the best way to go for higher studies like most of my batch mates. The old days where students were done with studies after graduation has changed drastically in the last decade as almost half the students of our batch went for higher studies.

Million students come to Bangalore every year and having that many hostels is not possible for any city. MSRUAS had hostels, but unlike other things of the University, they weren't that promising, and so I checked the notice board and saw a flat mate is required. I called them and shifted with them and became friends with them for life. There was a single boys hostel at the campus and accommodating almost 12 department students was not possible. They did have some off-campus hostels as well, but without even checking those, I was more than happy to find myself a flat close to the University.

MSRUAS has played the situation perfectly with infrastructure. The MAC lab, which is unusual, had 50-odd PCs and a lot of space was left for installing many more of those in the future. For projects and all, it was the best lab, and for those who couldn't get their hands on Apple machines, the lab was the best place to get a feel of that. With infrastructure, the University has had that moment that they have got it right with the best library, best auditorium, and best canteen to have south or north Indian food. There are some parts of the infrastructure on which the University might look to improve upon, but I was quite satisfied with the University infrastructure.

The biggest takeaway from my campus life at MSRUAS was the confidence that I took forward. Several individuals were different from each other and had their moments to cherish. My such moment was learning Kannada and hosting the entire fest and also participating in a local dance form.
