I chose IIT Bhilai because my rank in JEE Advance. One of the other reasons why I chose this institute was because of one of my parent’s friend's son studying there. I could have gotten CSE in some of the good NITs but the IIT tag seemed very promising so I went for it. My experience over here has been average. Frankly speaking, I aimed at clearing JEE ADV and nothing much, so it was never my thought to get into IIT Bhilai. In fact, I was a bit depressed when I unexpectedly got into it, in the 6th round of my counselling(mine was the closing rank of that year) or I would have been writing a review on IIT Indore by now. Cool! But now I feel IIT Bhilai CS is a better one for me as CS has lot of interesting things to get into and I can't regret this decision because it's the only one for me.... Read Full Review

Study in IIT is one of the dreams for every student either of JEE or graduate as IIT provides not only better instrument facilities but also an environment where the future of India studies. When I joined the institute, it had temporary campus with only 30 acres of land. It was a small campus but it was beautiful. It had all the facilities, which an IIT should have. I chose this institute through my JEE Advanced rank. It was a small institute with limited number of teachers and students so here connections/bond could be made with almost all the people residing in the campus.... Read Full Review
