The college has a very good infrastructure and a variety of courses like Computer Science and Electronics and Communication engineering are provided here. I chose this college because it had a very nice placement record and also a good alumni community. It has various growth opportunities in various kinds of streams like you can go and get placements in various leading companies and do internships. You can participate in the smart India hackathon. You can be selected at top notch Institutions like ISRO, MIT and many more. It has a very good atmosphere for the development of technical skills and improvement in software development and ECE related domains.

At Indian Institute of Information Technology there are especially two domains present here- Computer Science engineering and Electronics and Communication Engineering. In the Computer Science engineering course-we have 4 courses-1) Computer Science engineering (core) 2) Computer Science engineering in AIML 3) Computer Science engineering in Data Science and Analytics 4) Computer Science engineering in Human computer interface and gaming. In the ECE domain, we have two course- 1) ECE Core and 2) ECE- IOT. To get admission in these courses you need to clear the JEE Main exam and according to the rankings in JEE Main, you will get the respective branch. The placement average is 15 LPA for CSE and 12 LPA for ECE. So it is a good choice to enroll in this college if you get the required ranking.

The Faculty members present at Indian Institute of Information Technology is extremely well educated and has done their education from premier Institutions in India like IIT, NIT and IISC. They have a very strong foundation of their own subjects and are all Ph.D holders from premier Institutions. Their style of teaching is very good. They teach extremely well and also clear the doubts which the students have. They also guide well to the students in developing projects like new applications, IOT projects and other innovative projects. They also co-operate with students in case of any difficulties in the course work.

We have a very good Training and Placement Cell which provides us the opportunity to participate in tests and interviews of various big companies like Amazon, Atlassian, Goldman Sachs, Flipkart and many more. At Indian Institute of Information Technology there are more than 150 companies visiting the campus to provide internship and pre placement opportunities. The rule of mandatory internship in at least one semester in final year gives us a chance to enhance our resume and thus gain industry experience so that we get jobs easily. The placement percentage is 90% and students get placed in good companies with good salary packages.

We have a whole hostel premises for students to live in inside our campus. Indian Institute of Information Technology’s hostel infrastructure is extraordinarily good. There are twin sharing and rooms shared by 4 in the hostel. It is equipped with high speed internet facilities and full time electricity supply. We have 4 different dining rooms where we can eat our meals and also spend time with our friends. We also have many hostel clubs like for pursuing music, sports, competitive programming, acting, debates and many more. We also have a student hostel council in which the elected students look after various hostel facilities like gym, mess, playgrounds, and many more. We have gym, various playgrounds for different sports like cricket, football, badminton, basketball and many more. We also have table tennis and other indoor game facilities.

The campus of IIIT NAGPUR is extremely good .We have a hostel building of 10 floors where the above 9 floors are for boys and the 1st floor for girls due to the number of girls being really less in the college but there are strict restrictions of boys entry into girls' floor. Moving forward, we have our academic block where we have our classes and labs and also the seminar hall where seminars are held from different speakers who are great in their work all over India. We have a residential block for the professors and their families where they stay. We have an administrative block for the administration works like for fees, scholarships, and other administration regarding works. Various kinds of good facilities are available like shops, canteens, saloon, etc. These are also available in the campus. There is Wi-Fi connection everywhere inside the campus.

The campus life is very happening and is in such a way that you will remember and reminisce the campus days throughout your life. There is a vast space and roads in the campus where you can freely have a walk with your friends anytime enjoying and gossiping. There is also E-gym where you can talk with your friends alongside doing freestyle exercise. There are seating places available where you can sit and talk with your friend’s .There is a garden where there is a fountain and colored lights at night. There are seating areas around it where you can have enjoyed in your leisure time. There are various clubs for singing, dancing, competitive programming, music, acting, art and craft, etc. There are majorly two fests organized over the year- one is the Tantrafiesta which is a technical fest where you get to participate in various technical competitions and win exciting prizes and also you get an opportunity to listen and meet the technical leaders of India who are invited during the fest. Another major fest is Abhivyakti which is a cultural fest, you get to participate in various cultural events like drama, monologues, debates, etc and showcase your hidden talents and win exciting prizes. It's also a lot of fun when after the events. There is a DJ Night where you can have a refreshing and cool dance with your friends in a full DJ environment and ambience. The environment of the fests is decorated by the students in a very enthusiastic way. There are also inter-IIIT competitions happening for hackathons, sports, dancing and many more. All this makes IIIT NAGPUR one of the best Institutes to opt for.
