My review on KIIT University

Overall Rating
My University KIIT is one of the prominent and promising Universities across India. It recently completed its 25th anniversary but to me it is average somehow. My experience here has been really amazing as I have made a lot of friends and people from various places. I chose this University because I obtained scholarship here through Entrance Examination. Also it has a really good atmosphere and overall has a wide variety of facilities.
 

Academics Rating
Being a student who cracked entrance examination I feel confident in taking exams and study but it solely depends on you and how you study. The study atmosphere is good here for dedicated students like me. The course I chose is B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering which I chose because I was interested in studying engineering. The eligibility criteria is direct admission but there are various scholarships schemes like SII, KITEEE, etc.
Fee structure ranges from Rs. 20,00,000 to Rs. 25,00,000 in B.Tech excluding the scholarship schemes.
 

Faculty Rating
The faculties here are well trained but some teachers are average as well which is quite common in Universities. You get to choose faculty at starting of each semester where you can choose sections based on your knowledge of faculty through review systems of teachers. The method of teaching is through white board, display screens and Google classrooms. The teachers are always available for discussion of queries. The teachers are well experienced for various subjects.
 

Placement Rating
I don't have much idea regarding placements but as per the seniors, mass recruitment takes place annually. Apart from this, if you have skills of your own it is best to opt for off campus placements.
 

Hostel Rating
Talking about hostels, there are about 30 hostels here divided for boys and girls. The hostels are well equipped with AC, attached bathroom, balcony, etc but only if you opt premium services. The hostels are average for me
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure is best here because the campus area is very big and has various facilities like gym, sports grounds, food courts, stadium, hospital, etc. The transport facility is also very good for both town students and hostel students. Also there are many auditorium, conference halls, etc. which have events going. There is a 4 storey Library which is personally my favorite thing here.
 

Campus Rating
Campus Life has been really enjoyable for me from past 2 years studying here. There are many friends from my place and also many from new places, countries, etc. I am an international student and I am enjoying very much here. Yes, there are various clubs, organizations, societies, etc. for building students potentials. There are many events organized annually and also KIIT fest which is the best part here. Overall I have enjoyed my time here and I hope I will enjoy it in the near future as well.

    KIIT is an Institute where the main goal of the Institute is educates tons of children. The batch of 2024 has more than 4000 admissions. I had no other good choice rather than to join this Institute. Well it is not totally bad Institute if you can focus on yourself and use the resources efficiently I think you can achieve great things in life.     This Institute is a combination of extracurricular activities and great academics. KIIT provides a beautiful natural environment for students to study and perform their various vocational activities. One who is a great fan of sports and culture must come here cause it is the domain of all these.
