LPU Jalandhar: Exceptional Education & Memorable Experience

Overall Rating
I like LPU Jalandhar as it has a very big campus of around 600 acres and very good infrastructure. My experience at this institution is good and I recommend it to other students who could not qualify govt. Exams can get admission in this university and the campus life of the university is very good. Faculty are very understanding and cooperative in nature and very helpful. Many factors lead me to choose this university like the campus, the faculty and the infrastructure of this university.
 

Academics Rating
I chose B.Pharm because I have interest in Chemistry & I have interest in medicine & how they are made. The entry requirements are not that much. You have to score more than 60% in your 12th. The exams in my course are conducted after every 2 months.
Year wise, I pay is Rs. 1,68,000 with scholarship and semester wise, it is Rs. 84000. You will get scholarship according to your marks in LPUNEST exam. For admission process, you have to pay Rs. 10,000, which will be adjusted when you pay your whole fee.
 

Faculty Rating
Faculties here are very cooperative and helpful in nature. They are always available for students, if they have any problem with their academics. The method of teaching of the faculty is very good and they mainly teach through blackboard. The problem solving abilities of the faculty is very good as they nearly clear all the problems of the students. The bonding of the faculty is very good and most of the faculty are good through nature
 

Placement Rating
The placement ratio here is good and mainly 70% of the students qualify for the placement programs. Mainly the placement package starts from 3 LPA and can go upto cores based on the skill you have. The placement cell here is good and nearly helps in all the problems.
 

Hostel Rating
Hostel here is bit costly according to me. The food quality is good in hostels as compared to other collages. Annual fee of university hostel is Rs. 90,000 for non-AC rooms and Rs. 1,00,000 for AC rooms. The hostel provides you with two type of mess basic and standard. In basic mess, you can get three meals a day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) but no snacks. However, in standard, you can get 4 meals a day (breakfast, lunch, snack, and dinner).
 

Infrastructure Rating
I like the campus of my university very much. The seating capacity of class is nearly 100 students. There are many blocks in our university (50 blocks). The university has its own hospital with very good doctors. The library is very big. It is extended up to 8 floors and you can find all the books available there.
 

Campus Rating
The campus life of my university is good. More than 20000 students have taken admission here. There are many extracurricular activities organized by university or groups like NSS. There are many fest organized where celebrities like MS Dhoni are invited. My experience in the university is good and I recommend you that to take admission in this university as a faculty campus everything is very good here.

    To be honest this college was not my first choice I attempted IPMAT exam for admission in IIM Indore but couldn't crack it. So I went through lot of websites on internet and came across LPU. They were providing this course under 15 lakhs whereas other colleges like Nirma had fees up to 30 lakhs.     LPU offers you an average university experience. The curriculum is good. The infrastructure is nice. Classes are comfortable. But it lacks in campus life. There are less number of class tours, industrial visits, or picnics. The factor that made me choose or opt for LPU Jalandhar is the it provides at exposure all India level.     The overall experience that I observed here is a good facility and the advanced technology used. The largest campus with good infrastructure and good environment and I found it better than others because of the placement records. In comparison to other states University it always is a top one.
