My Time at CSJMU: Highlights and Insights

Overall Rating
If I talk about my overall experience at Chhatrapati Sahuji Maharaj Vishwavidyalaya or we can call CSJMU Kanpur, it was average. This university was nearest from my home & has best and highly qualified professors and huge campus and there are many opportunities for co-curricular activities. These are some factors that made me choose this particular Institute and others should go for the same.
 

Academics Rating
I chose the course BBA because I am interested in these particular studies of Business Management when I've passed my 10th examination. I chose Commerce as a stream and it has subjects like Business Studies, Economics, and Accounts. I got interest on these subjects after that I chose Business management. If I can talk about eligibility criteria of the university, it arranges personal interview for those students who applied for that. If they were selected then they have admission on campus.
The fee is Rs. 50,000 per year. There is no additional fee. Yes, there is Rs.1,000 of registration fees. It also provides scholarships to the students per year, which is Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 20,000.
 

Faculty Rating
If I can talk about faculty members, there are very highly qualified teachers and other staffs including guards. The methods of teaching were good and understanding. They have good problem solving abilities if students have any.
 

Placement Rating
The placement cell and recruitment is average and need to be improved.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, university offers hostel for resident for the students who are outsiders. There are two hostels one is for girls and other one is for boys. The hostel fee is Rs. 40,000. It has all the facilities such as hygienic and good mess.
 

Infrastructure Rating
Campus has many departments & blocks. Campus size is good. Classrooms sitting capacity is about 60 to 70 students. There are big auditoriums and other facilities like library having 3 floors, two huge canteens, etc. It also has a huge ground for many sports, boxing rings, huge swimming pool, and open gym.
 

Campus Rating
If I can talk about overall campus was too good. Extracurricular activities are held every month and fest is organized in campus. There are two most awaited fest called Mystical and Vividhotsav, helping annually. My experience was good in this campus

    It has been one year in this college and my overall experience is good. This college gave me environment in which I made many friends and learnt few new skills as well. I had some issues with teacher's teaching methods but overall experience is very good. I got 274 thousand ranks in JEE Mains 2022 and UIETs counselling and got CSE-AI branch.     My JEE mains ranks was low around 112 k and UIET Kanpur offered me CSE even at this rank and moreover this institute lies inside the Kanpur University that made me to choose this institute.     I am studying at Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University and I am perusing my B.Tech in Computer Science from this university. It’s a really wonderful college of engineering in Uttar Pradesh. It has a big campus. It has one of the biggest college stadium in Uttar Pradesh. In this college we have many type of stadiums like cricket, and volleyball and badminton.     Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University, Kanpur is one of the best universities in U P. It provides many courses and engineering is one of them. The university campus life and infrastructure is very good. It provides many facilities like hostel for both girls and boys, gym, swimming etc. Faculty of the university is very friendly in nature.
