GLA University BBA Review By Aditya Kumar

GLA University is recognized by the university grant commission with ranked under 110 institutes in all over India by NIRF ranking. Best year in the university was first year because we get the opportunity to know about the huge campus. There is little academic load in first year than the second and third year. I choose this university because it was near my city but still I have to take the college hostel and second reason to take this university was that in 2017 this institute was very famous and it was one of the best private universities in Uttar Pradesh which provide good placement. I think if someone who can relate to my reason should take admission in the college. Fee in my program was Rs. 85,000 per year which is to be submitted before the starting of each year. Second and third year was full of academic and placement pressure.

Bachelor of Business Administration is a course for the students who are planning their career for the management position and for the individuals who are eager to learn out of the box skills and soft skills. Entry requirements are that one must have qualify 10+2 with minimum 60 percent marks and should have achieved considerable rank in the GLA Entrance called GLAET which is not tough to qualify. I choose this course because I want a good career and good job position and I feel that I can do that by pursuing BBA and then MBA. I feel that academic and tuition fee is high in the institute and you can also avail free tuition fee you are able to get good rank in GLAET. But if you fail to do so then you can also apply for the scholarship scheme provided by the Uttar Pradesh Government. There are six semester in the course which are easy to clear by just studying few days before the exam.

Students come here in the university are not super smart so we need good teachers in initial semester because they help us to learn things that we are no longer remember and we need to get in touch with the subjects. Teacher here in the GLA University are able to fulfill the above mentioned with by giving their all effort to teach all the students. In BBA there is majority of aptitude and soft skill subjects. Soft skill trainers in the GLA university are best, they train us in the communication skill and in various soft skills which help us lot in our career and also help in the company's interviews. Teachers have done their education from very good university around the India and not only the education but also they are very experienced in the business administration subjects. Personality development and competitive edge classes was my favorite classes because of the teachers.

Many companies visit the campus for the recruitment process and the format of the company is that they first organize written test and after one or two hour result of the written test is declared. Format of the test is aptitude and verbal ability and all the questions are multiple choice questions. After the written test selected student go through the Group Discussion round of group of 10 students. Maximum 2 to 3 students got select in the each group of ten. After the group discussion we go to give the personal interview which is HR interview and after successful completion of HR Interview round results of the selected students declare on the same day. Most of the company visit for the profile of business development associate and some visit for the profile of assistant marketing analyst. Jaro Education, Rupeek, Rajwada are the some famous companies which visit the campus each year. Maximum package in my class was 6 LPA offered by Planet Shark company for the profile of management trainee.

My home was 60 Kilometer away from the university that is why opting for the hostel inside the campus. Hostel was good and food was also good in the hostel and college hostel students get free gym membership in the college gym and also get subscription of the free music classes and swimming classes. I experience that day scholar students was not having all the fun of the university because they were unaware of these hostel facilities. I would suggest everyone to live in the college hostel so you can get the experience of the life inside the college and without living in the hostel you cannot get the feeling of the college life. Hostel fee is Rs. 45,000 per semester and this is to be submitted before the starting the semester and the hostel room allotment process is online and we can choose the room which we want to get.

GLA University is build in very good design in the area more than 100 acre and it is not just buildings but there is also very much green in the college. There are many small parks in the college and 2 big stadiums for the sports. GLA football team is very strong and won many sports award in the inter university competitions. College is all white all the buildings are white and it looks really cool. There are air conditioners in every classroom. There is block in the university where there are many cafes and shopping complex and other shops are available. Main attraction of the institute is the computer center; auditorium and library because these three are build very beautifully in the campus. Classrooms and labs are clean and look modern because they have good finish and they really have all the facilities.

Campus life at the GLA university is shining with great college environment. Junior and Senior relation in the college is very strong and we participate in the activities like interaction with seniors to grow the bond stronger. Alumni meet happen in the institute every year for the encouragement of the connection between current students and already pass out students. Some fest like event for the newly joined students called Fresher's Party and a cultural fest happen for the enjoyment of the students. Farewell party is organized in the university for the last year students after the last semester exam each year. One club of the university in which I have participated was UDHAN which is a social welfare club and we work a lot for the slum children and teach them after our classes. All the clubs in the college are run by college students.
