Overall Rating
My overall experience in GLA University is good. It has well qualified professors, good infrastructure, and various other things. This university has friendly and cool environment. Its placement ratio is best in the entire city and that's why I have chosen this university. The favorite thing about my university is it's night life.

Academics Rating
I have decided to pursue Bachelor of Technology to get technical entry in the Armed Forces. The minimum requirement is to have at least 70% marks in PCM in class 12th. One can take admission through JEE, CUET, or GLAET.
The fee of my course is Rs. 2,41,000 per year, Rs. 80,000 for hostel, and Rs. 40,000 for mess. Special discount is given to students who score good marks in GLAET, JEE, or in class 12th. The scholarships are also available for students whose parent's income is not more than 1 Lakh per annum.

Faculty Rating
The faculty members are well qualified. Most of them are PhD holders or currently pursuing PhD, have cleared GATE exam, or have studied from the IITs. The problem solving capabilities of the faculties are impressive. They are also friendly in nature. The teacher student ratio is also good but I don't know the exact figure.

Placement Rating
The placement cell of GLA University is very good. It has strong network with number of companies. Companies like Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Flipkart, etc. came to our university. The average package is 8 LPA and highest is 55 LPA.

Hostel Rating
Yes, GLA University provides residential facilities. There are total 20 hostels in the campus including boys and girls. Girls’ and Boys’ hostels are separate. My personal experience of the hostel is very good.

Infrastructure Rating
Campus size of GLA University is 110 acres. Our university is very much peaceful. There are 12 academic blocks. The capacity of each class is 75 students. There is one central library. In addition, each department has its own departmental library. There is one canteen and one small mart. A number of sports facilities are also available here with different sports ground, and coaches. 24/7 medical facilities are available.

Campus Rating
My overall campus life is good and I am really enjoying it. There are approximately 600 students in my course. If I talk about B.Tech department, then there are 3000+ students. A number of clubs are there in our university for almost all the activities. There are Sports Clubs, Cultural Clubs, and many others. NCC and NSS are also available here. In our university there is also an NGO named ‘Udaan’. Many events are organized by our university and some of the major ones are ‘Spandan’ and ‘Technavya’.

Expressing GLA University Mathura is beyond the words. The kind of good faculty and infrastructure that it provides to students is kind of top-notch. It is a University which cannot be defined in a very few words as many would have other ideas. I am a local and for us it has ensured that we can perhaps stay home and get an education, which is supposedly provided only by top Universities. My two years of experience has been amazing as three biggest things that I have learned in two years are to b... Read Full Review

I think this University is quite decent when it comes to placements, academics, sports, events, fests, and fees. You can easily get upto 7 LPA of job from here if you are an average student. My cousin was placed from here at 12 LPA, which led me to take admission here. Overall, everyone is placed here.... Read Full Review

    Overall Rating
The University are working on every aspect and the syllabus is good. One thing I really like is that the campus is near me. Another feature I liked is that they take codethon from the first semester itself. The crowd is also decent here. They also have workshops, and there are several clubs like CSED in which we can participate after our lectures. I scored decent in JEE Main through which I got a scholarship as well on my tuition fee. Several fests and events are also organised here. Overall, I ... Read Full Review

  • GLA University Mathura has 70+ Active Clubs

    Overall Rating
The GLA University Mathura has a decent campus and has a good overall academic environment. It is a reasonable option if you are looking for a Private Institution in Uttar Pradesh. However, students need to focus on their CPI because it plays an important role in section division and placements. The University offers good extracurricular opportunities, clubs, events, and hackathons. Overall, it is a decent University, but students should also work independently on their skills.... Since my dad was against the idea of sending me to elsewhere, the only choice I had was to find a university close to my hometown. Without a shadow of doubt, GLA University was the best choice for me as studies at GLA University is perhaps one of the best. The experience is amazing here.... Read Full Review
