World Class Amenities at IIT New Delhi

Overall Rating
IIT Delhi is one of the top Institutes for Engineering in India. I chose this Institute because of its functions, events, alumni. Also, this Institute has made many unicorns which is not made by many Institutes. The most amazing thing here is that it has a counseling team and BSW (Board for Student Welfare). The team is made by the seniors of the Institute. They help and guide you about everything in the campus and never let you feel alone in the big campus. The Institute has big playground, swimming pools, and many sports & clubs to enjoy. Here you will have enjoyable 4 years.
 

Academics Rating
The academics of IIT Delhi is very nice. Every department is the best in what they offer. It offers you practical and application-based learning. Here, your academics will make you stronger emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. They also teach students to become good human beings. They conduct many educational seminars and foreign exchanges so that students can gain knowledge about the technologies in other countries.
The Institute offers fee structure according to the annual income of the student’s family. General student that has annual income of the family between 1 LPA to 5 LPA has to pay Rs. 30,000/- as tuition fee. They even have SBI and many other banks in its campus which enable students to get education loan easily. Moreover, this Institute offers many scholarships based on your performance. Even in sports and other co-curricular activities, it provides many scholarships to the students.
 

Faculty Rating
The professors are very caring and knowledgeable. They are very friendly with students. You can ask your doubts from faculties and also enjoy a cup of coffee with them. Their method of teaching is also very advanced as compared to traditional methods. They teach on smart boards in big lecture halls. The Institute has faculties and staff of almost 700-800 in number.
 

Placement Rating
The Institute has one of the best placement cells. Here, big companies like Amazon, Google, Microsoft, etc. visit the campus. Many students also got placed in top branches like CS, AI, etc. despite of having core branches due to their minor subjects.
 

Hostel Rating
IIT Delhi has one of the best facilities but the hostels should be improved. Some the hostels are 2, 3, or 4-seater depending on the availability of room. The rooms are compact and you get single room in 3rd or 4th year.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The Institute has an area of around 320 acres. It has many lavish buildings with a big playground and a nice sports complex. The lecture halls, dogra hall, and seminar hall are very nice. It has a large central library with many books. You can also issue books to study or read. They have many big outlets in the campus like Chaayos, Amul, etc.
 

Campus Rating
Campus life is very nice. The festivals and fests are very memorable. The Institute hosts many cultural & sports events. Also, they conduct many programs where both professors and students compete against each other. There are many clubs that you can join to pursue your hobbies like dance, singing, etc.

    IIT New Delhi is one of the prestigious Institute. It has great academics, sports facilities, etc. The one think that I don’t like about this Institute is that the crowd is huge.
