IIT Delhi B.Tech Highest Package is Around 2 to 2.5 Crore per Annum

It is one of the best Institutes for Engineering courses in India. My personal experience at this Institute is has been great. Students can choose this Institute for various aspects like placements, sports, research work, innovative projects, etc. Being a graduate of this Institute automatically increases the worth of a student in the industry. It is a highly reputed Institute and I would suggest all the students to work very hard to get admission here.

I'm a student of B.Tech. In Computer Science and Engineering, I chose this course because of my interest in Computer Science and the value of this degree in present times. For admission at this Institute, one needs to clear JEE Advanced with a Good Rank (they also have reservations for Category Rankers). After clearing the exam, one need to complete the process of seat allocation through JoSAA counseling and then you'll get 6 rounds for choosing your seat. After that, you'll get the mail for admission, and then you'll have to complete the document verification process and pay the fees to confirm your admission. After Admission for the first year, students will have fixed courses for everyone in same branch and then from 2nd year onwards, you'll get chance to Enroll in extra courses as per your interest. Every Course has exams which decide the grades of the students. And the overall curriculum is designed to prepare future Engineers for each the emerging needs of this generation.

The fee is to be paid on a semester basis. The fee structure consists of fee for all the available facilities like Gym, Library, Mess, Hostel, etc. Students can get scholarships if they belong to a certain category or a certain annual income range.

The faculties here have exceptional educational background, and the student teacher ratio is well-balanced and caters to the needs of the students. We are assigned with Teaching Assistants (students of Ph.D) for helping us in labs and practical work. Moreover, we are also assigned with 3rd / 4th year student mentors of the same department to guide us during the first year. All the content taught in class is available in the form of PPTs used by the professors. And they teach us using PPTs or whiteboards or they use a combination of both when required. The Professors are easy to approach and connect to, for any possible doubt. They possibly have the best way of teaching.

The placement chances of students at IIT Delhi are high for students if they do not miss any exam. There are many cells present to help students for placements and resume making. Many companies visit our Institute to choose students with Google and Microsoft being the most popular. Students secure jobs offering them an average package of around 20 LPA to 25 LPA. The highest package ranges from around 2 to 2.5 Crore Per Annum.

Hostels here are average to be honest, They provide small room for 2-sharing while providing slightly bigger rooms for 3-sharing. Boys and Girls Have separate hostels. The rooms have beds, chairs and fans already present and the rest should be adjusted by the student. The quality of mess food is decent but the variety of food is nice. There are no rules associated with the timings to enter the hostel premises. Most of the hostels have night mess too where vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are served to the students.

The Infrastructure of this Institute is one of the best in India in my opinion. The campus is spread on an area of above 320 acres. The Institute have central library, huge seminars and lecture halls. There are buildings dedicated to each department and each building has labs of their respective department. The labs are spacious and well-equipped with machineries required for various kinds of projects throughout the duration of our course. There are huge sport grounds for sports like hockey, football, cricket, volleyball, basketball, lawn tennis and more. There is also a swimming pool. The campus contains many cafes and general store. Moreover, the campus location is great.

My campus life at IIT Delhi had been amazing. The Institute have many spots designed for students to enjoy birthday parties, spend nights singing and dancing. These things allowed my campus life to become more interesting, engaging and fun. Apart from this, there are various sport activities held on-campus which adds liveliness to the life here.
