Dwarkadas J Sanghvi College of Engineering has one of the best placements in Mumbai. I study in the Computer department of the college. I chose this college as it has a NIRF ranking of 197 which is mind blowing. The faculty here are one of the best. The teaching techniques adopted over here are very good. One of the most important reasons because of which I chose this college was of its autonomous status that very few, only a handful of engineering colleges in Mumbai have.

The entry requirements of the course is that you need to have very high percentiles in MHT CET examination or JEE MAINS examination. Thousands of students apply here to take admission in the most in demand branch that is Computer Engineering but only 180 people get the chance to fulfill their dreams. Since DJSCE Mumbai is autonomous, our whole curriculum is very systematic and according to the industry needs, which is a very good thing for a college. The semester examinations are according to the syllabus set up by the college and it is checked by the professor themselves and not the Mumbai University. The examinations are not very hard nor very easy. If you study all round the year you will get very good CGPA.

The professors are highly qualified faculties. They have 15 to 20 years of experience in the education industry. Many of them have their bachelor's or master's degrees from NITs and IITs. While, many of them are PhD degree holders from prestigious institutes. Their style of teaching is very much understandable and they too are very approachable, so that you can ask them for help and they always welcome you with ease. They will also help you out in your on campus as well as off campus projects. They are the best you can get in Mumbai.

Yes, we do have a placement cell which constitute of student representatives and some faculty members. All the way, round the year, they organize many seminars and workshops for college students to get themselves industry ready. They help them build their resumes, help them in preparing them for interviews and other placement rounds. The committee organizes an internship fair every year for second and third year students. They approach many companies varying from top-notch like Amazon, Microsoft, J. P. Morgan Chase and Co, Morgan Stanley and many others. They ensure that as many students get placed. 99 percent of the students that apply for the placements get their placements done. Many of them get more than one offer at a time. The placement cell manages each and every process of the placements very smoothly.

As of now, we don't have any such hostel facilities available on the campus for the students to stay. But, there are many PGs available nearby our college which can accommodate students from far off places.

The campus is like a luxurious hotel. It many amenities available. The campus, the classrooms, the labs and the seminar halls are all equipped with air-conditioners. Modern day projectors, up to date lab equipment and machineries and high performance based processors, everything is provided so that students can make the most out of it and challenge their goals. The washrooms are very clean. There is only one building that is the main building of our college. But, we don't have much space in our campus. We dont have much sports facilities available.

The campus life of our college is very exciting, full of enjoyment, studies, projects, clubs activities and at last parties. There are numerous clubs and student chapters in our college. They regularly conduct many activities to keep the students engaged and help them acquire unique skills. The main fest of our college, which is held every year in the month of March is the TRINITY. It consists of many cultural and sports events. The clubs also conducts many hackathons and other coding competitions to challenge and improve the coding skills of the students. Since we don't have a big campus, we conduct all our events on a hired ground nearby the college. Since our college is located in the Western Mumbai, many big celebrities come over for events and promotions of their movies and songs.
