The cell claims to have tie-ups with various companies such as Ernst & Young, Deloitte, KPMG, etc. for campus recruitment. The placement cell of KMC is quite active, and many students have been able to secure jobs in reputed companies through the cell. The cell provides great support to the students in terms of job guidance, interview preparation, and personality development. However, the placement activity in the college seems to be more focused on students from commerce and science backgrounds than arts graduates. Nevertheless, many arts students have also been able to secure decent job offers through the KMC Placement Cell. Overall, the KMC Placement Cell seems to be quite beneficial for students seeking job placements.

Renaissance is a three-day cultural fest conducted in February, while Udghosh is a sports fest conducted in October. Both these fests are popular events among students and attract a large number of participants.
