Overall Rating
In the SLIET the placement rate was about 95% for the mechanical engineering and the computer science engineering departments last year. Here you cannot get bored as here all the sports facilities are available and also there is a good gym inside the campus. The mess facilities are also good. The teachers here support you not only with the studies but in all fields like projects and giving the knowledge regarding machines etc. Inside the campus there are computer labs and a library with ACs. The study center is also available here for studying with a better consistency and concentration.
 

Academics Rating
Firstly I would like to talk about courses. The college offers diploma courses, B.E, M. tech and PhD courses to the students. For diploma admission after the 10th standard one exam is conducted. For the B.E candidates the JEE mains scores matter. Also a LEET exam is conducted for admissions. On the basis of GATE marks M. Tech students are allowed admission.
 

Faculty Rating
The teachers have a friendly behavior with students with strictness regarding the studies
 

Placement Rating
For placement purposes there is a separate Training And Placement Department with an interview room and two big halls. This institute has better placements for Computer Science branch and Mechanical branch (welding and manufacturing specialization). There are more than 90 % placements for that above branches.
 

Hostel Rating
Yes, the residential facilities are also available for students with separate boys and girls hostels. There are seven hostels for boys and three hostels for girls. The pre-final year B.E and B. Tech students have single rooms. There are hostel caretakers, wardens, and cleaning workers in every hostel. Every required facility is present in the hostel for students.
 

Infrastructure Rating
The infrastructure is good here. There are various departments and blocks here like the academic block and mess block, etc. the infrastructure is maintained by the college management itself.
 

Campus Rating
The campus life is better than life at home. Here every facility is available for the students. The campus is very large, approximately 450 acres. Inside the campus there is a small park, cricket ground, and football ground, etc. I enjoy every day here with many activities and well study too. Also there are a lot of clubs inside the college like the science club, etc.
