IMI Kolkata Faculty Profile

Few years down the line, the college was known for many worse reasons and one of those was that the institute didn’t have the quality faculty. Things have changed now as all the faculties who teach here are from IIMs, XLRIs, or the other top institutes. Industry expert were called upon time to time as IMI is a corporate backed college. Faculties were sharper than the knives and their eagle eye would see the things which others in general can’t. So, there feedbacks used to be harsh but they in a way did us favors.Read Full Review

If the institute had the victory overall, one would have to say, it had faculties to appreciate for that. Most of the faculties were from IIM Kolkata and so they brought along that culture, that vibe, that students of IIM have in them. They were coolest, understanding and friends for life as I am still in touch with my professors and any advice from them at any point is what I could ask them for and they would be more than happy to help me out. So, the faculties have to be appreciated for all the products of the victory that IMI Kolkata enjoys.Read Full Review

In terms of being the best thing about the college, faculties definitely were an inch higher than any other aspect of the college. The faculties were award winning teachers and they had a different swag about them. One noticeable thing was that they were young from heart as most of the professors were into their 40s but with students, they would become 20s. The faculties were not just confident but had a point to prove as most of them had a delightful job but they have quit and joined the college to teach the students. They didn’t just contributed with the teaching but also with placements as training cell had many faculties in them who took soft skill classes. So, they were either way as you can use them both ways or even if you get one side of theirs that would have been enough to become successful.Read Full Review
