Presidency College has built around 3 hostels in a walking distance to the campus and they are available separately for boys & girls. Rooms at the hostels are available on a twin sharing basis with requisite facilities. The annual Presidency College hostel fees is Rs. 1,40,000/- (including caution deposit).

Presidency College hostel fees for male & female students is Rs. 1,35,000/- per annum. Along with this, students have to pay Rs. 5000/- for the caution deposit.

  • The hostels have a specified gate closing time and students need to return back to their residential buildings before that for the attendance or roll call.
  • Residents need to obtain prior permission from the hostel warden if they are staying outside the hostel after the specified timings.
• Ragging and Intoxicated Substances
  • Acts like ragging, sexual harassment, bullying, etc. are serious crime and students should not indulge in such practices in the hostel & College’s premises.
  • Intoxicated substances such as alcohol, drugs, smoking, etc. are banned in the residential area.
• Property Care
  • While leaving the rooms, hostellers should turn off the lights, fans, and switches of the other electric gadgets.
  • Residents are not allowed to use unauthorised or high-voltage electrical appliances such as induction, stove, heater, iron, etc. in the hostel rooms.
  • Any damage to hostel property will lead to fine.
