SPIT Mumbai Reviews on Placement, Faculty, Hostel by Students

My overall experience here at SPIT Mumbai has been quite good, being honest. Sure, there are a lot of things that need to be improved; the quality of certain faculty, strict systems, and malpractice prevention and the focus should be on improving the way the syllabus is taught. But those are common issues with most Institutes, so it is something one can put up with. The best part about this Institute is the plethora of opportunities and resources they provide to support the students in any goal they wish to pursue; be it Hackathons, Internships, research projects, and most importantly, Entrepreneurship. They have an on-campus business incubator called SP-TBI, which is the best thing about the Institute, and what one might not find in any other Institute. The seniors are placed in good companies, and the alumni culture is very good.Read Full Review

Honestly, I was hesitant to join Sardar Patel Institute of Technology, Mumbai, and was regretting my decision in the beginning. But I was so wrong, I never realised when I started feeling like home in this Institute and how incredible the crowd, the workload, the studies, and everything else is. I wouldn’t have survived being in Mumbai if it wasn’t for my Institute. It helped me find accommodation for myself. The course offers much more than just theoretical knowledge. The Institute life is good. The overall experience is pretty fun with the academics, placement and campus life. I chose this Institute over others as this was the best I was getting in terms of academics placements and positioning.Read Full Review
