National Law University, (NLU) Odisha has about 4 halls of residence which are separately present for the male and female students within the campus. The NLU Odisha hostels can accommodate about 1000 students.
The University has fully-furnished rooms which are available in single occupancy. However, some of them are allotted on a sharing basis as well. The facilities which are offered to the students at the hostels of the University are mess, canteen, internet access, etc.

The University has 2 boys’ hostels and 2 girls’ hostels which can collectively accommodate about 1000 students. The NLU Odisha hostel rooms are equipped with facilities including bed, book shelf, almirah, table, and chair. Along with this, the rooms are allotted in single occupancy but for first year students, rooms are available on a sharing basis to promote communication.
Within the NLUO hostel premises, there is a mess and dining halls through which students are served freshly-prepared meals. The menu is designed by the Mess Committee taking into consideration the diverse nutritional needs of the hostellers.
Along with this, the students are facilitated with round-the-clock security within the premises. At NLU Odisha hostels, medical assistance and ambulance services are available for the boarders. A recreation room with indoor sports facilities such as Table Tennis Tables, Carrom Boards, Chess Boards, etc. are present at NLUO hostels.
