The TPC invites various National & International companies to participate in the on-campus BBIT Kolkata placement drives for facilitating excellent job offers to the students with appealing salary packages. Till now, the Budge Budge Institute of Technology highest package offered to the students is 15 LPA.

To conduct the on-campus BBIT Kolkata placement drive, the TPC follows a systematic procedure; the details about the same are mentioned-below:

• Step 1: The cell initiates the recruitment process for final year students from August / September by inviting the leading companies / organisations to the campus.
• Step 2: TPC shares the information of final year students willing to opt for the campus placements to the organisations along with the mutually confirmed dates of recruitment drives.  
• Step 3: In this step, students are informed about the details of campus drives such as dates, job descriptions, eligibility, etc. through an official notice by TPC. Interested students have to register in person with TPC before the deadline.
• Step 4: Afterwards, companies visit the campus for pre-placement talks (PPT), facilitating students with the details of the offered job roles.
• Step 5: Students participate in the campus recruitment process including online / written test, GD, and interviews.
• Step 6: At last, the list of selected students are declared.
